This ebook is especially written for girls and women who in the 21^st century have entered a time of emerging feminine power. A time of equality and self growth, that in combination with the masculine power of all males on the planet, will ensure that miraculous changes occur to all humanity and life on Gaia. Our aim is not to promote superiority or dominance in females, but rather to show all women and girls that they are truly equal to and complementary to males. That their special yin energy is a positive and essential element in nature and in the Divine Plan.

Women are not secondary, submissive, negative or weak people. These are stereotypes that have been promoted in the past by males, to ensure that they have dominance and influence over the females in their society. We do not promote anger, resentment or irritation at this manipulation of women in the past, for it does not help the feminine cause, but instead, have written this special e-book to help all women and girls understand that they are very special unique beings who are living on Earth at this time, for a very special purpose and that their femininity and female power should be fully celebrated! Please join us in this extraordinary mission!

In this ebook we shall be using certain terms that may need some initial explanation. Firstly please note that this book is written for both heterosexual women and homosexual women. Spirit sees no difference, we are all angels in human form. However, as it would be too difficult to write this knowledge from both viewpoints when talking about partners, she/he etc. we instead ask you to mentally substitute the appropriate pronoun.

Chapter One

CELEBRATING THE FEMALE

There are many ancient and modern myths about the creation of the first females on Earth. Eve was created from Adam's rib as a submissive mate and companion. However, she was later blamed for the downfall of all humanity when she ate the forbidden fruit in the Garden of Eden. Always I believe, a very unfair male judgement. After all, if Adam was the boss and had free-will, why did he also succumb to the serpent's lure?

Instead, we have always admired Lilith who was supposedly Adam's first companion and lover. Lilith would not be suppressed or dominated by Adam and even though she was beautiful and intelligent, he asked God to take her away and give him a more submissive wife.

In the East, there is the fable of the yin and yang. A circle divided into male and female aspects, once united and complementary and powerful.

When the circle was divided, yin and yang lost compatibility with one another and divided their power into less than half.

There is also the beautiful story of the first twin flames creation, where the yin and yang were united in one ball of light, then willfully separated, and have since spend centuries on a special love quest, trying to find their unique other half, as they are now so lonely and unfulfilled.

 The Goddess Isis from Ancient Egypt has channelled to us many messages of female power. Here is one which we felt explained female strengths.

"You are unique, you are special, you are females! You have divine qualities within you of unconditional love, empathy, compassion, healing abilities, kindness and caring. Many of you can see the future, can create wondrous works of art and music. You act instinctively with divine qualities of gentleness and tolerance. You are the peace makers, the life - bringers and the future of humanity. Revel in your feminine power and always use it wisely from both the heart and the head!"

Ascended Master, Mother/Lady Mary who in one incarnation was the Mother of Jesus Christ, has also mentioned in many channellings the privileges of being female. She appears surrounded by a rose pink aura and the fragrant perfume of roses of attar.

Kwan Yin is the Chinese Goddess of healing and Compassion. She is often surrounded with an aqua blue aura of light. She has also spoken of the special role of females.

A special channelling from Luna the Goddess of the Moon, explains why spirits incarnates as females.

Chapter Two

PERSEPHONE, DEMETER, HECATE

Shall we examine the role of Persephone, the youthful girl, first?

PERSEPHONE

Persephone is known as the spring maiden. The feminine stage of purity, innocence, naivete, energy, vigour and inquiring wisdom. The purity of the youthful maiden has often created magical myths, such as the innocent maiden's ability to call in unicorns and ride them safely. They can also easily contact the Elemental worlds of the Devas and fairies.

The most unblemished and chaste maidens were chosen as temple priestesses in ancient times, for their purity and ability to speak with the angels and spirits and for prophecy. The ancients believed falsely, that once a young woman lost her virginity, that her psychic powers were greatly diminished.

Persephone from the ancient Greek legends was a beautiful and innocent young maiden, the daughter of Demeter a Goddess and Immortal. She was playing with the daughters of other Immortals, picking gorgeous, unearthly flowers when she spied an irresistible bloom with one hundred stems of fragrant blossoms. She reached for the strange flower and the earth opened as a chasm, below her feet.

Hades the God of the Underworld, fell in love with her instantly and rode forward in his golden chariot, seized the reluctant maiden and took her to his underground world. The only two Immortals to hear her startled cries were Hecate the wise elder and Helios. Hecate advised her mother Demeter to accept the situation, as Zeus the father of the Gods had aided Hades in his covert act and that he and Hades were powerful beings that could not easily be outwitted.

Demeter refused to allow the grains to grow in the field, for they were of her dominion. She demanded the return of her beloved daughter or threatened famine for the people of the Earth. Finally it was agreed upon, that Persephone would return to the surface 4 months each year as Spring.

Persephone therefore represents new growth, pure motives and innocence. All young women show these very special traits before they are burdened with the responsibilities of marriage, children, career and house management. Today of course, the modern young woman can often choose higher education, carve a significant vocation for herself in the workforce, compete actively in sports, explore her sexuality and generally choose the life she wants, not what others impose on her!

This is fortunately an era, when many young women can create the life they want. Many do not have to be dominated by males, subservient to their families or religions and society. This is indeed, a time of great personal freedom for many young women. We realise of course, that some young women in more rigid, traditional and restrictive societies may still find limited freedom, but even these are rapidly changing, sexist barriers are falling and women are finding their true inner power!

We often think of the Spartan "thigh flashers" of two thousand years ago, who had equality with the men of Sparta. They danced exuberantly, loved who they wished and raised the children, often independently of their warrior men. They would enjoy living in the 21^st century!

The suffragettes of the 19^th and 20^th centuries are to be praised for their often personally dangerous efforts to enable young women to enjoy the benefits of a more open, tolerant society that exists currently. They stood up to overwhelming opposition, to their cries for female rights and many were imprisoned, abused and sometimes died, for their just cause.

The women liberationists of the 1970's, are also to be blessed for their contributions to women's rights and equality at this time. They had to often prove publicly, their resolution and stand up to ridicule and bias, to ensure higher wages and better working conditions for all women. Many of these forgotten suffragettes and liberationists were young Persephones, feminine, girlish, but full of youthful vigour and energy for their very important life missions.

Now the starseeds and love children/crystal/indigo/generation x, young women, (born since 1969) are ready to take up the spiritual and psychic causes of the female power in the 21^st century.

Who are the Starseeds?

The starseeds are young men and women who are experiencing life on Earth after directly incarnating from an off world planet where they have lived many lifetimes. These off world planets are usually in the Pleiades cluster. These young people often display characteristics very different to older generations.

Here are some of the typical characteristics of a Starseed or Pleiadian, they are:

1. A relaxed and easy going personality.

2. Strong environmental beliefs.

3. A strong interest in high tech gadgets.

4. Well developed personal psychic and spiritual gifts, including, clairvoyance (the ability to see spirit), clairaudience (the ability to hear spirit), ESP and Telepathy etc.

5. Lack of personal stamina. (You feel tired easily.)

6. Poor organisational skills. (Schedules don’t appeal!)

7. A dislike of meat, artificial ingredients, man made fibres and highly processed foods. (You like the natural approach to life.)

8. A keen interest in the New Age movement.

9. A dislike of cruelty to other people and animals.

10. A natural tendency to suffer from stress related illnesses, such as headaches and muscle tension.

11. A dislike of time keeping and you have poor punctuality skills. (You’re always running late for appointments!)

12. A very keen interest in highly creative activities, such as music, art, painting, drawing, sculpture and writing.

13. A natural dislike of structure and repetition within Your life.

14. The ability to easily accept new technology that makes life easier and more interesting for yourself, e.g. mobile telephones, computers and the Internet.

15. A dislike of conventional work and standard work practices, e.g. jobs with little variation and lack of personal self expression.

16. A lack of interest in money and a carefree attitude towards how You spend, what You have.

17. A dislike of wars.

18. You naturally respect the opposite gender/sex.

19. A tendency to drift towards illegal drugs, alcohol, tobacco and other forms of stimuli.

20. You treat your partner as an equal. This is particularly true within personal relationships and close friendships.

21. A tendency to develop bouts of depression or other forms of mental illnesses, including schizophrenia.

22. You easily forget important calendar dates, such as family and friends birthdays, mother and fathers day, anniversaries etc.

23. You don't distinguish greatly, between gender roles. (He’ll change the baby and let her put out the garbage!)

24. You have little interest and attachment to personal possessions and physical items.

25. You have powerful and highly active, major, secondary and minor chakras throughout the physical body. This is especially true with the orange pelvis, green heart and purple brow/third eye chakras.

26. You may have a high susceptibility to eating disorders, including anorexia and bulimia.

27. You like to barter or exchange items with other Starseeds, keeping cash transactions to a minimum.

28. When You are stressed, You tend to pass your personal responsibilities onto other people. This can include parents, partner, friends, an employer or landlord.

29. You strongly value personal freedom and dislike following a conformist lifestyle.

30. You give dress, etiquette and social skills, a low priority. (You like to dress and act in a casual manner).

31. You readily accept the fact that U.F.O’s, E.T’s (extra terrestrials), Angels, Ascended Masters and a Universal Creator or God exists.

32. You tend to easily feel "hard done by" by life and other people, when you don't get what you want. (You like to have Your personal needs met quickly).

33. You have a highly sensitive nature and are easily hurt by other’s criticism.

34. Even with issues and activities that You have a personal interested in, You normally, only have a limited amount of time, energy and enthusiasm for them. (You easily move onto other activities that interest You).

35. You feel a strong unity with all living life forms.

36. You may have a strong feelings that you have lived on Earth or other planets before!

37. You do not like to commit Yourself to standard social expectations, e.g. You easily move from one job/career choice to another, once it becomes routine and boring.

Typical physical Starseed characteristics include:

1. Large eyes, (especially true with Starseed females).

2. Broad smile, (especially true with Starseed females).

3. Soft facial features.

4. Physical height can either be slim and tall or short and lightly boned. Orions however, are often rounded.

5. Many female Starseeds tend to have smaller busts and narrower hip measurements, in comparison to earlier generations.

Does this sound like any Persephones that you know?

Many older people are perplexed at the attitude and life styles of the young starseeds, as they do not conform to society's expectations. They have a relaxed and unstructured role in society and do not often strive for material success or advocate war and intolerance. These young starseeds however, have incarnated for a completely different reason than their parents and grandparents. Material success and power is not their goal, but Unity and unconditional love is!

Young starseed women want peace, equality, tolerance and love in their life. This is what they have experienced on their off world planets such as Alanna in the Pleiades. This is what they are used to and this is the gift they bring to the Earth culture. Female power and growth of the inner spirit can assure that these goals are met.

Each young starseed Persephone woman or girl, before incarnating to Earth, decides voluntarily her gender, status in society (rich or poor), creative talents, psychic gifts, mother, father, sisters, brothers, friends etc all part of her soul group. She chooses the experiences that she will have in this lifetime, the adventures, the loves, the disappointments, the lessons and the pain. Note we emphasize that she picks her life highlights (good or bad), not someone else, no avenging God, no nasty spirits, just her!

She may choose to repay karma in this lifetime to those who have helped or harmed her in the past. Karma can be described as a reaction to an action. You hit someone, they hit you back, if not in this lifetime - in the next! Similarly, help someone in a past life and they have the opportunity to help you in this current lifetime.

Persephone may also choose a Life Plan and World Plan for this incarnation. You all have two plans that you incarnate with, firmly implanted within you. One is to use the things that you are most talented to do, for your own life’s work. This is called your Life Plan. You may wish to be a teacher, a doctor, a carer, a counsellor, an astronaut, an artist, a musician or any other vocation that fulfills and inspires you.

The other, is your World Plan and this involves your contribution to help humanity. It may be the same or an offshoot of your life plan, such as a professional musician who gives free concerts for charities. Or it may be, that your professional work is as a nurse, but, you also love to sing, so you entertain the elderly for free, at the weekends. As you begin to do what you are truly meant to do, other opportunities will open up for you, to expand your gifts and talents.

Look for how Spirit has already attempted to nudge you. Look for the divine coincidences or synchronicity, that try to lead you gently, along a certain pathway in life. Look at the opportunities offered to you. Take chances, that irresistibly call to you, to fulfil your life’s dream. Deep in your heart, you know what makes you happy and fulfilled - find ways now, to achieve that in your life! And never, ever use the old excuse that you are just a female and can't do it. Use your female power now!

We truly believe that all young women should be encouraged by their parents, friends, boyfriends and teachers to reach their full potential in this lifetime. If all loving parents encouraged their daughters from when they were very small, to "reach for the stars", we would find many more fulfilled young women in our society. Instead, many parents consciously and subconsciously send out messages, "that all a young woman can expect from life is marriage and kids and a dead end job!" They still view education as primarily for young men and that their daughters should look to their looks, rather than their brains. This is an extremely archaic and biased outlook.

If these are the messages that you are receiving from your family and friends, we urge you to look further. We encourage you to look at your skills and talents and decide for yourself, where they will lead you. Everyone should be creating the life style - they want, not just following a pattern set by previous generations. Remember that you have approximately eighty years to live your life, why damage your potential by acting willfully and negatively in your youth. Stop, think, plan and act towards achieving your true Life Goals.

We have met so many young women who have destroyed so much life potential by getting pregnant early or marrying or living with a male who stops their dreams abruptly. We realise that there is a strong biological and societal urge for young women to fall in love, marry and have children early in life, but if you are truly to use your angelic skills to help others and attain spiritual growth in your life, you need to take control and create a viable, exciting life for yourself now. You can always have children when you are older, with hopefully, your Twin Flame partner.

Female Unity could be so powerful a force in the Universe, if we only all pulled together on issues. We could end poverty, end sickness, create equality with men and create a wiser, more compassionate world. However, women often betray other women, act cattily to one another and undermine marriages and families, for the sake of their own baser passions.

We often have to counsel young women who are having affairs with older, married men. These women are thoroughly convinced that the man loves them dearly and is their true soul mate. Spirit has given us this very wise message for these young, confused Persephones.

"My child, why do you think that this man is the soul mate for you? Is he noble, honest and fair? No. he is betraying his loving wife and family, by lusting after you. He has to lie and deceive others to be with you. This is not noble, fair or honest.

Chapter Three

LIFE PLANS

How do you find out your true path in life, your Life and World Plans?

We suggest that you try this exercise.

Sit down and make a list of all your interests and positive character traits. Perhaps it will look like this -

I care for people

I am artistic

I like music

I am a good singer

I am proactive

I am relaxed with time tables

I like study

Now write down any possible work vocations in which these traits are valuable.

Your list may look like this -

Nurse

Art Therapist

Music Teacher

Try to volunteer or find part time work in these areas, until you find an occupation that you would like to pursue. Find out the educational requirements of this vocation and enroll in a school or college that teaches these specialized skills. Do not give up your dream because of other's advice, negative outlooks or self doubt. Try it! You can always change, if it is not right for you, but do give it a chance. If necessary, get a part time job to pay for expenses. Use your female power and connection with the Universe to make it come true.

Every day use this simple but powerful affirmation - "I am a powerful female. I choose my lifestyle and goals. The Universe works with me to fulfill my dreams!"

 The Goddess Isis has given us this powerful encouraging message for young women.

Included of course in the phrase, "like minded people", are of course the boy friends and lovers of the Persephones. The worst kind of lover is one like Hades, in the myth told earlier, who carries you away and only allows you limited freedom. Many young males unconsciously take command and expect their women to be subservient to them. This is nature's trap of continuing the species, but if you are to carve out a life for yourself, you need to be ready for this male dominance and work out strategies to successfully combat this, so that you have a satisfying love life, but also achieve your Life and World goals.

To understand the types of love situations that you shall encounter in your life, we must first look at the three types of romantic lovers. Soul mates, Kindred spirits and Twin flames.

Chapter Four

LOVE

Everyone would love to meet their ‘Soul Mate’ and live happily, ever after. This has been the basis of many a fairytale. The Prince and Sleeping Beauty, Cinderella and her Prince and Beauty and the Beast, are but a few.

‘Soul Mates’ has become a much, bandied around term. Every Hollywood star, seems to find her ‘Soul Mate’, every six months and then exchanges him, later for a new ‘Soul Mate’. Single women dream of meeting the perfect ‘Soul Mate’ partner, who is dashing, handsome and rich. While bored wives, dream of meeting a ‘’Soul Mate’’ who will understand them and be sensitive to their needs. What then does the term ‘’Soul Mate’, really mean?

A ‘Soul Mate’ is a person, (who you have written into your Life plan), who will help to encourage you, in your spiritual journey. You can have many ‘Soul Mate’s, for short or long periods, in your life, although a better term, would perhaps, be, ‘kindred spirits’. These people, may be of either sex and normally, they owe you some type of karma from past lives, (normally good karma). You helped them in a past life, in some way and now they, are happy to return the favour!

Of course, if you only have a mild interest in spiritual subjects, you will normally, only attract in another kindred spirit with a similar, mild interest. However, they might have similar interests in hobbies, entertainment or romance. As you progress in life and your interests change, you become more spiritually aware. If your partner does not change at the same rate, normally you leave them behind.

As you spiritually develop yourself, so more highly evolved ‘kindred spirits’ or more spiritual ‘Soul Mates’, come into your life. They may be teachers, friends or lovers. The role of a highly evolved ‘Soul Mate’, is to encourage you to develop yourself on every aspect, particularly the spiritual level. They do this willingly, without jealousy or bias.

When you are on a lower level of spiritual development, you will find, that you may have many kindred spirits or ‘Soul Mates’, come into your life, as most people only have a vague interest in spiritual matters. But, as your interest grows and you begin to sincerely live a spiritual life, the ‘Soul Mates’ become fewer, but more lasting. When you raise yourself, to a very high state, we believe there is usually only one person, that is truly your ’Higher Soul Mate’, at this level.

This ‘Higher Soul Mate’ or ‘Twin Flame’, has incarnated to work by your side on your Life Plan and World Plan. This may be, as a great friend, teacher or lover, or hopefully all three! Tony and I believe we are truly, ‘Twin Flames’. That we wrote this concept into our life plans, before we incarnated, but, would not be able to meet each other, before we had reached a certain spiritual level of development.

‘Higher Soul Mates are not always, physically your idealized mate! They are not usually, the rich, charismatic, handsome adventurer or latest movie star. By the time, you have reached a high state of spiritual development, hopefully, you have come to realise, that ‘beauty is only skin deep’ and that the most, spiritually beautiful people, are often very ordinary on the outside!

One of the tests, on your spiritual journey, is discovering the fact, that a diamond in its natural state, is often very colourless and ordinary looking! Subsequently, ‘Higher Soul Mates’ may be poor, average looking, a different race or religion or in a different age group to you. But, once you discover their true inner worth, they become inseparable to you! They are your other half on this planet!

Often, you have met these ‘Higher Soul Mates’, before in a past life, perhaps, as spiritual partners. The karma outstanding between you, if there is any, will always be positive, never negative. They are not here to give you a hard time - but to help uplift you!

Normally, ‘Higher Soul Mates’ or ‘Twin Flames’, will work on spiritual projects together, encouraging each other and complementing their skills. For instance, you may be a spiritual healer and your partner a naturopath. By using your skills holistically, you can aid your clients on many levels, physically and spiritually. Or you may be a spiritual teacher or counsellor and your partner, a wonderful administrator or researcher. By using your complementary skills, you increase your effectiveness as a individual and as a couple.

Your priorities, when you come together with a true ‘Higher Soul Mate’ or ‘Twin Flame’, will be different, to those you had, with former partners. This time around, the time honoured objectives, of bearing children, promotion in your work place and obtaining the best car and a home in a prestigious area, become secondary or disappear entirely! Your goals and objectives are primarily concerned with spiritual development. Your own and others.

You will instead, choose a home that is conducive to your work and to creating peace and calmness around you. You may decide, not to have children, so that you can more fully concentrate on your spiritual development. Or, if you do decide to have them, to raise them in an entirely different way, to the way you were raised! With spiritual, rather than material values!

Material success will be useful, but is no longer imperative. If it distracts you from your spiritual goal, you will often reduce it, until it fits your new life style! With your new spiritual ‘Higher Soul Mate’, you will live in a different, but fulfilling way, that makes sense to you both, if not to others! When you both feel contentment in your life and are actively pursuing your spiritual goals, there will be no need for either of you to find sexual relationships, outside your commitment.

You will be able to talk openly and deeply to one another, because you will not have to put on the usual male/female stereotypical behaviour. You will both work actively, to become balanced with your Yin (female) and Yang (male) natures. The male will become creative and more sensitive. The female more active and assertive. This enables you both, to explore new unopened worlds of experience. Neither sex has the control or power in the relationship. You work in unison not opposition.

How, then do you find your higher ‘Higher Soul Mate’? First, begin to perfect yourself spiritually. Find the true spiritual being within yourself. Develop this kinder, compassionate, unconditionally loving person. Learn to respect yourself and develop your teaching, healing, artistic or counseling skills. Look objectively, at the problems in your life with detachment. How would you advise someone else, to handle these problems?

Now use the same, sensible advice, yourself. Remember, you are Spirit in a physical body. The material things around you, do not truly matter, they are only teaching aids!

Then, look at the psychological and emotional blocks, in your life. What makes you unhappy? Change your perspective and life, so that, these blocks no longer affect you. Create pleasure and peace around you! Associate with similar minded, spiritual people who are positively and actively living spiritual lives.

When, you have developed a wonderful peaceful, contented, rewarding, positive life, for yourself, where you are actively helping others with your skills, ask the ‘Universe’, to send you, your ‘Higher Soul Mate’ to live with and work with, from the highest intent! Soon, the Universe will send the right person to you, but, you will have to be discerning enough, to recognise them!

Take your time, get to know them well. Observe, if they are truly living a spiritual life, as opposed to talking about living one. Then, allow love to naturally develop, between you. If this, is truly your ‘Soul Mate’, all will flow well, towards a spiritually, mentally, emotionally and physically compatible relationship. Blessings in your search!

Remember in the past, you have fallen in love, this time you will both rise in love together!

Many Persephones do not meet their Twin Flame partner, until later in life, for first they must work through karmic situations and ties with old soul mates from past incarnations, but it is possible! This usually only occurs when the lover chosen is considered thoughtfully and time taken to truly know their character. Compatibility and similar goals are essential. If there are many arguments and continual discord in the relationship - this is not your Twin Flame partner.

Work on the situation, forgive your partner, learn from the experience, detach gently and move on. Do not rush into another romantic liaison, but instead use the time alone to develop yourself emotionally, mentally and spiritually. Remember "like attracts like!"

Chapter Five

Balance

It is important that young women find balance in their life. Your emotions, mental processes, physical body and spirituality should all have positive input and be balanced, to give you the opportunities to find your goals and perfect your dreams.

Controlling your emotions so that they benefit you, not lead you astray, is an important element for blossoming Persephones who want to take control of their lives. Allowing positive emotions to radiate outward and inward, will help you overcome many problems. Not giving into despair and sadness, is a lesson you can learn while young, that will benefit you all your life.

A healthy body and mind will also help you to achieve your Life Goals. Yet many young women either over eat or diet continually. Many starseeds are prone to anorexia and bulimia. They unconsciously recall memories of being in a lighter, smaller body frame on the Pleiades and unconsciously strive, to live like the Pleiadians who do not ingest heavy Earth food.

They must realise for better health, that they are in human form this lifetime and need a healthy, but heavier diet of grains, fruits and vegetables. And of course, treats like chocolate and cake, occasionally! Starving yourself, will not help you reach your life goals. You need lots of healthy energy to achieve your dreams!

The mind also needs nourishment, from healthy entertainment and study. Choose your movies, books, games etc wisely. Your spirit feeds on what goes into your mind and brain! Read and watch trash, Think trash!

We encourage every young woman to expand her horizons. It is a big, exciting world out there and while you are young, is the time to explore it. Travel to exotic places safely, live alone in different regions, learn to drive, join unusual activities and groups, explore new avenues which interest you. Too soon, you will be restricted with husbands and children, now is the time to make your mark on the world!

If you are serious about getting on in your vocation or the world in general, we suggest that you look critically at the image that you project to others. Does it fulfill their expectations? While we are all for individuality, most people unfortunately aren't! They expect their employees or students to be conservative, clean and modest. What you do in your free hours is your own concern, you can then be gothic or punk, but remember that the outside, often conservative world of employees, want you to represent their image. It is also wise to learn general skills for home upkeep and car maintenance, you won't always have a mum or dad around to do the dirty tasks. Learn to change a light bulb and fuse, sew on a button, mend hems etc. oil and water your car and keep your tax and personal papers in order. Starseeds generally do not like doing these tasks, but it helps to make you independent and in control of your created life! Remember the Spice Girls and their Girl Power, this is what you need!

In the same way, if you have an active sex life, look seriously at contraception and health issues of sexually transmitted diseases (std's). Not a pleasant topic, but a vital one for the independent Persephone. Visit your doctor or women's health clinic for advice.

Many young women have poor speaking skills and are often shy before crowds of listeners. We encourage you to develop these skills in debating teams, speaking groups such as Toast Masters, and do not shy away from experiences of public speaking. Each time you express your views and opinions, you create greater confidence within yourself. If you have wonderful talents - let the world know about it!

A word of caution about materialism, money and credit. The billion dollar advertising world is geared to sell you every new invention possible, from the latest mobile phones to the hottest coffee maker. Somewhere in your life, you will need to sit down and decide whether you are going to give into all this advertising hype, or select only those material aspects that truly interest and inspire you.

If you commit heavily to mortgage payments, credit card repayments etc at an early age, you will find yourself trapped in mundane jobs that may not truly appeal to you, because of severe financial pressure. It is a realistic truth, that things wear out, the initial joy of the new gadget soon goes, but the repayments don't disappear! Think objectively and sensibly about your financial commitments. Don't allow them to rule your life!

Finally, we encourage every young woman to - upgrade their vision of the perfect lifestyle. Many Persephones settle for so much less, than they can reach. Instead of doing what everyone else does - going to the same entertainment venues, try something new. Go to the theatre, go to art galleries, go to concerts, visit unusual up-market places, restaurants etc. even if you only order a coffee. Don't settle for less than you can have. Refuse to believe in class levels and structures - and then they cease to exist. You are special and you can have more quality in your life!

Working with Spirit

It is a sedating agent and restorative for the mind, as problems can be put aside temporarily while meditating and often solutions to problems are obtained with greater insight while meditating.

Spiritual insights are often experienced while meditating. It is said, "That prayer is you talking to Spirit (God), while meditation is a chance for Spirit to speak back to you!"

Basic Meditation.

For novice meditators, we suggest that you sit quietly with eyes closed.

Begin with three deep breaths. Breathing out tension on the "out" breath and breathing in relaxation on the "in" breath.

Relax your entire body (imagine that you are floating in a bath of warm water).

Clear your mind of all thoughts. When a thought intrudes, merely push it to one side. If this is difficult to do at first, visualise a beautiful rose and keep your attention on it and nothing else. In time your mind will associate the thought of the rose, with your need to relax and meditation will become easier.

Your Angels

Chapter Seven

DEMETER

The Demeters are women between the ages of thirty to late menopause. The married woman with growing children or the single, career woman who has found her power. These are not passive, submissive women, but strong, self confident, able women who are finding within their inner being the personal skills to make a better life for themselves, their families and communities and increase their spiritual growth.

Demeter in the Persephone legend, was a strong Immortal, the Goddess of the Harvest. When her beloved daughter was stolen, she didn't just sit back and grieve, but set out to get her back! She travelled, sought out knowledge and refused to back down, even when other greater and more powerful male Gods denied her access to Persephone.

She used her cunning to refuse to allow the grains to grow on Earth, for they responded to her special powers. No grains, no food, in those days! She blackmailed Zeus and Hades into returning her daughter to her, for four months of each year. Demeter was a strong, determined middle aged woman, who made a difference. And so can you!

Now that you have left the insecurities and naivete of youth behind, you are beginning to not only understand your own personality and mind, but also begin to understand others. This is a time of growing empathy within women. As many young women tend to the needs of their own children and husbands, they often feel within themselves more respect and understanding of their own parent's behaviour and mind sets.

They understand that often their parents' supposedly domineering and strict behaviour was not done out of spite towards them, but out of concern and love. Guidelines had to be set and rules laid down for the entire family's well being. Younger parents now find that they are the ones saying "no" to their own children and having to punish and set regulations within the household. At thirty-three, it is now possible to understand why you weren't allowed at fourteen, to stay out all night with your boyfriend!

You can often see the sacrifices that your parents had to make, to ensure that you had a good home life. Or if your parents have made huge mistakes in their own personal lives - divorce, adultery, selfishness, anger, addictions, violence, etc, you are now able to view their behaviour more objectively and hopefully forgive them. At the same time, you can learn from their mistakes and vow never to repeat them yourself!

Because you have by now, usually experienced at least one or many love affairs, you have a better understanding of the male psyche. You understand that men and women do not always think alike, on every issue. Men are usually very pro-active (they make things happen) while many women allow things to happen to them.

Men are often able to easily put their emotions aside, unlike many women. The male is frequently able to compartmentalize the major events and people in his life. This is why he can be the devoted family man, have a mistress on the side, work without allowing emotions to flood into his business world and enjoy and lose himself in sports, while the females fall in emotional heaps around him. He only thinks of one thing at a time and doesn't usually expend huge amounts of emotions on it.

Of course, there are now many starseed males flooding onto planet Earth and they thankfully, are more emotional, softer natured and think in a more androgenous (female/male) way. But they still have many more male characteristics, than female. Understanding them, but not judging them, is a task that the Demeter woman can now accomplish for fulfilling personal romantic relationships and family harmony.

It is important at this stage in life, that the Demeter woman becomes aware of her own inner resources and strengths. Often your confidence can be increased, as you willingly take on experiences in the world, outside the family home. Many women return to college or university, find part time or full time employment, join groups of interest, become interested in politics or charitable causes and generally widen their horizons.

As young children become less dependent, many women often begin to explore their own inner dreams and talents. This is often the time of art and music classes, writing novels and short stories, developing counselling techniques and exploring the inner self through spiritual and psychic development. We believe that everyone incarnates with a special talent to help others and the planet and to bring you great personal joy. This Demeter stage is often the time to find this talent and bring it to the world!

Unfortunately, this is also often the time, when many marriages begin to break up and the Demeter woman must face divorce and resettlement of home and work. We sympathize with those of you who are going through this turbulent time, for it is not easy. Traditionally this should be the stage in life, when you begin to reap the rewards of all your youthful labour, not have to begin again. However, we ask you not to despair, for every woman that we have encountered who has faced this life event courageously, has inevitably developed a happier, more fulfilling life for herself!

Then after a period of reflection and inner growth, another male will come into your life to teach you new exciting lessons about relationships. Remember you volunteered for this and so did they. It's just that you've forgotten the larger plan. It may astonish you to know dear ones, that often a marriage or relationship is almost solely, to see how you handle the break-up! Whether you do it with nobility and kindness or hatred and anger.

Anyone who has been through an unpleasant divorce or separation knows of the pain and negativity that is generally stirred up, as the divorce proceeds. Great bitterness can be generated through a nasty divorce and remains with the two participants, often throughout their entire lives. This hatred, guilt and bitterness, can eventually result in life threatening diseases in either one or both parties, such as cancer, diabetes, heart disease and liver and gall bladder problems. Think about it - don’t we talk of someone being "broken hearted" or a situation being as "bitter as gall"?

Apart from the physical aspect of disease, many people experience emotional and mental problems, following a divorce or separation, resulting in mental breakdowns, depression or traumatic and phobic behavior.

This is why divorce and multiple relationships, are so prevalent, at this time, in our society. It is a chance to balance old scores and hopefully end all relationships, with love and forgiveness. When you hold on to bitterness, after a relationship has ended painfully, you are continuing the karmic pattern. Inevitably, you will draw that person to you, in a future life, where you will have to replay the scenario, until this time, you forgive and release them fully!

Patterning or repeating the same behaviour over and over, is a key ingredient to the karmic process. The same beings are often involved, although they will often change sex and roles. One couple, that came to us for counseling, revealed under hypnosis, that the wife had murdered the husband in one incarnation, in 14th century England, by pushing him over a cliff and he had murdered her, in a different past lifetime, in 17th century Italy, by smothering her!

These lives had been over a seven hundred year span, but the negative patterning behaviour had been repeated many times. In this current lifetime, they decided to approach their marital problems in a more rational way, through counselling and mediation. Whether, they stayed together or divorced, was not the main issue, but, that they peacefully resolve their difficulties and broke the negative patterning. This would free them from tragic involvement with each other, in future lives.

While, friends can be helpful and supportive in our lives, it is often the enemy as the ex partner or his new partner who tests us and shows us our true natures. Are we really as forgiving, patient and loving as we imagine? Our enemies, often show us that there is definitely room for improvement!

Sometimes, members of our soul group, will purposefully take on this role, to help our emotional and spiritual growth. The greatest enemies on Earth, can be the greatest of friends on the higher dimensions! A good reason to always forgive your enemies - why carry the negative karma on to the next lifetime?

Female unity could be so powerful a force in the Universe, if we only all pulled together on issues. We could end wars, cure sickness, create equality with men and create a wiser, more compassionate world. However women often betray other women, refuse them advancement and undermine marriages and families, for the sake of their own baser motives.

We often have to counsel depressed women who are having affairs with other married men. These women are thoroughly convinced that the man loves them dearly and is their true soul mate. Spirit has given us this very wise message for these confused Demeters.

This is a time in your society, for many people to end up karma, with many beings who they have previously loved in past lives, as wives, husbands or lovers. That is why many people have many partners in their lives and the divorce rate is so high! This is a perfect example, of spirit using a negative situation for spiritual positivity!

Chapter Eight

THERE IS A PURPOSE TO YOU BEING HERE! LIFE PLANS, WORLD PLANS

Before incarnating into a new life on Earth, the scenario goes something like this - You meet with your Angelic Guides and Higher beings and review your previous lives, particularly the most recent past life. This is all done in an amicable, helpful way. There are no great trials or condemnation of your former activities on Earth. No one judges you.

But, wishing to better yourself spiritually, you may be a little harsh on your own faults and misdemeanors! Knowing that you have sown negative karma, you normally decide to come back and repay any individual person you have hurt in the past, by giving them positive, helpful actions.

You scrutinize your character and may decide to work on aspects which seem unloving, in your next life. You may also, have a particular interest which you wish to continue following. For instance, if you incarnated in Emeline Pankhurst's era in England, late 19^th century, to bring in female emancipation then, you may decide to come back in that nation and again, as a staunch female liberationist, to try to achieve the same aim, one hundred years later!

All Demeters choose a Life Plan and World Plan for this incarnation. You all have two plans that you incarnate with, firmly implanted within your DNA and lightbody (astral body). One is to use the thing that you are most talented to do, for your own life’s work. This is called your Life Plan. You may wish to be a teacher, a doctor, a carer, a counsellor, an astronaut, an artist, a musician or any other vocation that fulfills and inspires you.

You may have already achieved this aim and now want to do more with your special vocation or you may have chosen the wrong job for yourself and want now to make a positive change of direction. Many Demeters willingly change life styles and vocations at this time.

The other, is your World Plan and this involves your contribution to help humanity. It may be the same or an offshoot of your life plan, such as a professional health worker who gives free check ups and health services for underprivileged people. Or it may be, that your professional work is as a teacher, but, you also love to play the piano, so you entertain the elderly for free, at the weekends. As you begin to do what you are truly meant to do, other opportunities will open up for you, to expand your gifts and talents.

Look for how Spirit has already attempted to nudge you. Look for the divine coincidences or synchronicity, that try to lead you gently, along a certain pathway in life. Look at the opportunities offered to you. Take chances, that irresistibly call to you, to fulfil your life’s dream. Deep in your heart, you know what makes you happy and fulfilled - find ways now, to achieve that in your life! And never, ever use the old excuse that you are just a female and can't do it. Use your female power now!

We truly believe that all women should be encouraged by their partners, friends and family to reach their full potential in this lifetime. If all loving husbands and partners encouraged their wives from when they were first married to "reach for the stars", we would find many more fulfilled women in our society.

Instead, many male partners consciously and subconsciously send out messages "that all a woman can expect from life is marriage and kids and a dead end job!" They still view education and power in the workforce as primarily for older men and that their wives should look to their beauty rather than their brains. This is an extremely archaic, chauvinistic outlook.

If these are the messages that you are receiving from your partner, family and friends, we urge you to look further, despite their discouragement. We encourage you to look at your skills and talents and decide for yourself where they will lead you. Everyone should be creating the life style - they want, not just following a pattern set by previous generations. Remember you have approximately another fifty years to live your life, why damage your potential by allowing others to determine or limit your life goals. Stop, think, plan and act towards achieving your true Life Goals.

How do you find out your true path in life, your Life and World Plans?

Sit down and make a list of all your interests and positive character traits. Perhaps it will look like this -

Care for people, particularly the elderly

Artistic

Like music

Proactive

Good with time tables

Like to study

Now write down any possible work vocations in which these traits are valuable.

Your list may look like this -

Geriatrics Nurse

Art Therapist

Music Teacher

Therapist

Counsellor

Try to volunteer or find part time work in these areas, until you find an occupation that you would like to pursue. Find out the educational requirements of this vocation and enroll in a school or college which teaches these specialized skills. Do not give up through other's biased advice, negative outlooks or self doubt. Try it, you can always change if it is not right for you, but do give it a chance. If necessary get a part time job to pay for expenses. Use your female power and connection with the Universe to make it come true.

World Plans are often pursued in equality with your Twin Flame partner or people of a like mind. Look for opportunities to act out your own special skills. Perhaps you're great at organizing, then offer this skill to charities and causes. Perhaps you’re a marvellous cook, again offer this skill to help others. Maybe you can form an action committee to help the needy or a choral group to raise the spirits of the elderly or home bound. Look at your own talents and offer them to others to lighten their burdens. You will be aptly rewarded by practicing unconditional love and generosity.

Write down your main wish for humanity. It may be something like "Ending world hunger" or "Bringing better health to the planet". Then think about how you can help in a small way towards helping this cause.

You may like to state to the Universe. " Divine Spirit, I have a deep personal wish to end starvation on this planet. I wish to actively work towards this goal. Please direct me in the right way, where my talents may be appreciated and where I can do the most good. I wish to always work from the Highest Intent to end world starvation."

Why not sit down and meditate now, on your wish and ask a Higher power to help you achieve it!

Then look for opportunities to do this. If a notice in your local paper is asking for volunteers to help with world hunger problems, ring up and inquire. Begin the process and Spirit will send many spiritual coincidences to help you fulfill your request.

Every day use this simple but powerful affirmation - "I am a powerful female. I choose my lifestyle and goals. The Universe works with me to fulfill my dreams!"

Chapter Nine

Health Issues in the Middle years

Many Demeters begin to suffer chronic aches and diseases in their middle years. A healthy body and inquiring, open mind is needed to help with these issues. Surprisingly, you even pick your illnesses before birth, in order to teach you valuable lessons. Alternate practitioners may help you, in a way that is more natural for your body than traditional medicines.

Spirit has given us some valuable health tips for the Demeters who are being affected by illness at this stage of life.

Blocks and Problems

If the blocks and problems in your body are not looked at and worked through at this stage of your life, you will inevitably take them through to old age with you, where they will grow much worse. If you are unforgiving and have issues around the heart region and chakra, you are liable to manifest heart problems in the physical body. Or if you have power problems and blocks, you may draw to you stomach ulcers and intestinal and lower back pain.

Learning to accept and forgive, are wonderful traits that all Demeters can aspire to. When you suddenly think of someone who has hurt you in the past, immediately send them a forgiving, loving, pink light from your heart centre. In time you will begin to completely forgive them and release the old pain within yourself, preventing illness in that region. Often the person who has caused the initial pain, begins to treat you better. Remember they are here to learn too!

Forgiveness will relieve a great burden on your heart, mind and shoulders and also normally cuts any future karmic ties to this person. So everyone wins!

Chapter Ten

Spiritual Growth and the Demeters

Now is the time, that many women in their middle years, have the time to fully explore their spirituality. This is the time to attend lectures on unusual subjects, study esoteric courses, visit clairvoyants and develop your own special psychic skills. We firmly believe that everyone is psychically gifted and all the spiritual and psychic arts can be learnt. However do find a very good teacher, who helps you re-remember your psychic talents in a safe, non threatening environment.

Always use psychic protection, as you would not walk across a busy highway blindfolded, the same with spiritual exercises! Here is a safe protective exercise to aid you.

Sit quietly and imagine around yourself a golden/white auric egg of higher vibration. You are sitting in the centre of it. Room temperature - comfortable, your body temperature may drop during meditation.

Noise levels - as quiet as possible. Music may be conducive to relaxing into meditation.

Sweet smelling - perfumed oils may help to create a relaxed mood. Try Sandalwood, lavender or patchouli.

Calming colours such as blues, greens or neutral. Not vibrant reds, oranges as these stimulate.

Gems such as crystals and amethysts can be helpful for meditating.

Light levels - you should not have to meditate in the dark, semi light is fine.

Posture- sitting comfortably is fine. Lying down is not overly recommended as you may fall asleep!

Imagination is a special gift to be encouraged during meditation.

You may now be asking, What are the most important factors for spiritual growth?

A. Self responsibility, awareness, detachment and unconditional love.

In other words, it is up to you! No priest, minister, friend or lover can do the work for you. You have to decide to begin your spiritual journey. You have to take the responsibility for your own progress. You can decide to progress only a very little in this lifetime and come back one hundred times more, to learn a little more in each lifetime or you can try to learn it all in this lifetime. The choice is yours!

You need to not only want to do it, but begin to do it. Read everything you can get your hands on, go to seminars, join meditation groups, talk with other New Age people, explore, explore, explore! Don’t give up, when things become stagnant or difficult. Treat your journey as a special assignment with you the benefactor! And ask for spiritual help from your Guides and appropriate Masters.

Your Guides are constantly trying to reach you and help you with your spiritual development. Look for coincidences (synchronicity) when they are trying to tell you something - seeing the same object or word over and over again. Don’t dismiss things, as just chance! If you run into a friend three times in the one day, stop and sit and talk to him. There may be something important he has to tell you.

Look at patterns in your life. Change the negative ones that bring you pain. Look at your home, work, relationships, attitudes, with fresh, awareness. What can be changed for your spiritual highest and in the most loving method? Learn to contact your guides directly, so that you can benefit from actually conversing with them. Be adventurous, be alert and be aware!

This does not mean coldness or aloofness. It means being able to see yourself and your actions and mental and emotional attitudes, in an objective way. Not giving in, to over emotionalism. Not hating, feeling jealous, envious, frightened, angry or alternatively, overly excited and irrational. Without some detachment, you are at the mercies of every emotional wind that blows your way!

Detachment is taking charge of your emotions, so that they work for you, not against you. If you can believe that you are a spiritual being, using your body and personality, to learn lessons. That you are not Jane or John Jones, but an angelic being, using Jane’s life to appear human, than you can learn to push aside your ego, with the help of detachment, and see your behaviour objectively. You can then control your life and spiritual progress.

Unconditional love is not just an abstract emotion, it is something that should be lived. You can’t say you have unconditional love and then say that you hate Jews or Hindus or Asians or women. There are no exceptions to unconditional love. You see all humans as angelic beings, striving to find spiritual enlightenment and growth, under very difficult conditions and you love all of them for trying! Not just some of them! You don’t just love the Gandhi's and Mother Theresa's, you also love the Hitler's. Some have found unconditional love, others haven’t. You may not like the deeds of a Hitler or mass murderer, but you can forgive the fallen angel who has committed them.

How do you know, that you haven’t committed similar acts in a past life? Wouldn’t you like forgiveness for your negative acts? Live unconditional love from the moment you wake up each morning, til the moment you place your head on your pillow at night. All are your brothers and sisters. All are worthy of your respect. All deserve your unconditional love.

A. Your ego

This is what stops you believing in spiritual matters. This is what stops you raising up from the third dimension to the fourth and higher. The ego does not like any change! The Ego likes things as they are. If you are sick, the ego doesn’t care, it would prefer you to remain sick, rather than get better and change your life. Even if that change is for your better good.

By ego, we do not mean egotistical - being obnoxiously proud of your self. We mean the inner voice that rules your subconscious and makes you behave in ways you do not like, that makes you doubt yourself. For instance, if you try to give up smoking cigarettes, the ego will try to convince you that you are foolish to try. It will use every trick available to it - making you irritable, angry, tired, depressed etc just to make you go back to smoking. It doesn’t like change! And of course, it does the same when you try to spiritually progress.

Imagine the ego as a naughty boy or girl - reduce it to size and make it comical.

Be aware that the ego will try to sabotage your plans for spiritual growth. Recognise its attempts to sabotage you and outwit it! Laugh at it, out think it! If it beats you once, try again. Keep on your spiritual journey. Ask ego to help you, not hinder you. As it gradually becomes used to the change and you don’t allow it to dominate you any more, it will fall into place and be tolerant of your growth. Be confident that you are a powerful angelic being in physical form - don’t allow ego to tell you otherwise.

Your personal guides are angelic beings that assist you with problems in life. You usually have two guides, one male and one female advising you on these issues. They are often deceased relatives, friends or people you have known in past lives that owe you positive karma, but have not incarnated on to Earth at this time.

Meditation to meet Personal Guides

1. Relax and meditate for fifteen minutes.

2. Protect yourself by imagining a white/gold protective light completely around yourself in a circle, like an auric egg and place within it a symbol of spirituality.

3. Mentally, ask your Angelic Guides to help you make stronger contact with them today and in the future.

4. Imagine yourself in a beautiful garden with bright, sparkling, golden lights in the air. In the garden is a bubbling stream and wonderfully, coloured bushes, flowers and trees. A great feeling of serenity and calmness surrounds you. You find a comfortable bench in the garden and sit down to relax and meditate for five minutes.

5. Now send out a thought to your Guides, to come forward, into the garden and towards you. Relax and wait patiently. One or two Beings may come.

6. Visualise or feel them walking slowly towards you. Feel the love and serenity that they emanate.

If you are not comfortable with their vibration - send them away! Some of you may smell a wonderful perfume coming from them. Allow them to come and stand before you.

7. Look into the faces of your Angelic Guides and mentally welcome them. Listen clairaudiently, with your inner ears, for a reply. Take your time.

8. Ask your Guides for their names and listen for a mental reply. If the reply is too soft or unclear, ask the Guides to speak louder and more clearly.

9. Hold your Guides’ hands and feel their embrace. Do not hurry the experience. Enjoy it!

10. Talk to your Guides about whatever you like. Listen for their reply. Take time, there is no need to hurry.

11. Ask your Guides to make their presence known more often to you and for further contact to occur more quickly and clearly.

12. Thank your Guides for coming and slowly let them depart.

13. Leave the garden and return to your physical consciousness and body.

Chapter Eleven

HECATE

"Every older woman should be cherished!"

The Goddess Hecate was a beautiful, older woman who was confident and adviser to Zeus, Hades, Demeter and Persephone. She aided Demeter on her search for her stolen daughter Persephone and gave wise counsel, at all times. In later times, she has been debased as the "witch or crone with the cauldron", but her original image is the mature, wise beauty.

She represents the wise, elder woman who has seen much of life and has benefited from her experience and willingly shares it with others. She had the ability to see the Past, Present and Future and is often depicted with the symbol of the crossroads. She helped the newly deceased pass over safely and gently, to the Heavenly realms.

Hecates are often post menopausal women whose children have left home and whose career is established or nearing an end. They have maturity, wisdom, confidence and time on their side! This is the stage of true female spirit and strength!

We recently heard of an 82 year old woman in Australia who gained a doctorate and many other older women often accomplish great things. Grandma Moses did not begin painting until she was in her seventies, then had a very successful art career in her eighties until her death. This is the time to sculpt that project, get out the oils and water colours, begin to write that novel you've always wanted to do and create the life style you want!

Many older women also discover a deepened spirituality within themselves, that they now have the time and resources to fully explore. We have found in our own day classes many older, intelligent Hecates who are very keen to discover the meaning of life. Our internet courses tend to attract the older woman who wishes to study unusual New Age subjects such as Atlantis, Chakra Balancing, Spirit Contact or Healing techniques etc all in the comfort of her own home. Age is certainly no barrier to the New Age!

Shall I explain to you something that you may not have understood about your purpose here on Earth - you are all on a Special Spiritual Quest, a Divine Journey towards perfecting yourself spiritually - until the day you die! Your quest doesn't finish on the day you retire from the workplace - in fact, this may be when it actually begins! For now you have the time to fully discover who you are, where you are going and why you are here.

As a Hecate in later life, you have a final opportunity to repay old karma and dissolve karmic ties which bind you to others. Karma can be good or bad, positive or negative. The ties to those you love and treat you well, are usually very positive, but you may also have ties to others who wish you ill or sap your emotional and physical energy. You do not wish these ties to carry on to future incarnations and cause you unhappiness.

 But you do not wish to cut the painful karmic ties abruptly, as this often causes severe discomfort, however you can learn to dissolve them gently with unconditional love. Here is how you can achieve this.

CUTTING THE PSYCHIC HEART BONDS

If you were to meet every single person, in every single life, that you have had on this Earth and on other places and other planets and other spheres, you would be spending your whole life, having karmic people come in and there would be far too many. And so it has been decided, that in this lifetime, that the act of Grace will come upon humankind and that merely by thinking and sending love to those individuals of which you are conscious or unconscious of having negative karmic links, that you will be able finally to sever those karmic ties with love and Light.

So I urge you all, to do that - to send out from you a wonderful beam of loving Grace, ask to be forgiven and ask that those people finally end their karmic ties with you Grace is often seen as a beautiful, violet coloured ray of light.

Chapter Twelve

Higher Self and Hecate

"Behave like a Master and you will become a Master!"

If you have lived your life with unconditional love, compassion and highest intent, you will have become a very advanced, spiritually motivated, wise elder woman. A true Hecate. If not, it is not too late to truly become the Divine and human person you were meant to be. An angel in human form. You can do this by contacting and becoming your Higher Self.

HIGHER SELF

 Your Higher Self is an angelic Life Force which is represented on the many Higher Chakric Layers or Levels. It is an infinite Consciousness that is connected to you, by an invisible silver chord. It is the greater, more perfected part of you that does not incarnate. Contacting and developing a relationship with your Higher Self is one of the most important stages in your spiritual and psychic development

Higher Self is the expanded part of you, to whom you voluntarily send back information, about your own life experiences, from every incarnation that you live. This also includes sending back emotional responses, such as love, joy, pain or fear. This helps to add to Higher Self’s collective knowledge of life, as a Human Being. Higher Self holds all the knowledge and wisdom that you have accumulated from your many past lives. It can be both friend and teacher to you.

Your Higher Self prompts you to be loving, compassionate, joyful and harmonious to other beings and the planet Gaia. It has been called your intuition or conscience.

Higher Self has access to all the Higher dimensions and those of the Akashic Records (Universal records or library) and therefore is able to supply you with much Higher information, not normally available to you, on the third dimension.

Your Higher Self loves and understands you unconditionally and does not judge your actions, as it is intimately aware of your reasoning behind those actions. However, it does want you to become the best you can!

Higher Self may contact you through hunches, coincidences, synchronicity, meditation, dreams, channellings and feelings. As you increase your awareness and communication with Higher Self, you will experience increasing insights, revelations and demonstrations of Higher Self’s knowledge and presence. This may include finding out your purpose for being on Earth and other in-depth spiritual revelations.

Your aim in Life is to merge with Higher Self gradually, until you become Higher Self (a Master). By doing so, you will have direct loving and wise control of ALL aspects of your life and be then eligible, to attain Higher Master powers.

Most people initially contact Higher Self on the MAGENTA spiritual Level which is directly above the crown chakra, as this is the level most similar to 3rd dimensional Earth.

EXERCISE 1.

TO CONTACT HIGHER SELF

** You might like to pre-record this exercise and replay it as you meditate.

1. Psychically protect yourself thoroughly in a golden auric egg of light and call in your personal Spirit Guides and any Higher beings that you feel secure with, to help you with this exercise.

2. Then allow your consciousness to rise up the silver chord from your Crown Chakra and enter a magenta coloured room on the Magenta level. Pause for several minutes. Allow the magenta light to flow through your astral body. It is a purple/red colour.

3. Ask for your Higher Self to come forward. See and feel a beautiful Being approaching you, emanating unconditional love and warmth. Pause several minutes.

4. Look into the face of your Higher Self, hold Higher Self’s hands or feel its embrace, for several minutes.

5. Greet Higher Self mentally and hear his/her melodious voice speak to you. Pause several minutes. You may ask guidance of your Higher Self on any issue, personal or spiritual. Allow five minutes.

A Higher Self will NEVER command or condemn you. If this occurs send the being away, immediately. This is not Higher self behaviour!

6. When you are comfortable with Higher Self’s energy, allow it to gently merge with you. Feel yourself expanding with love, harmony and knowledge. This merging may be a deep embrace or an entering of Higher Self into your crown chakra. Feel this for several minutes.

At first you may only be able to maintain this contact for short periods of a few minutes, but in time, extend it to many hours.

7. Ask Higher Self to guide you with problems in your life and to make stronger, quicker and more frequent contact with you.

8. When your visit is finished, thank Higher Self.

9. Detach from each other gently.

10. Leave the magenta room and level and travel down the silver chord to return to your crown chakra.

11. Ground yourself thoroughly.

Record your degree of contact with Higher Self and think of ways of increasing the effect and contact.

Merging with Higher Self is particularly useful for public speaking, job interviews, teaching, healing and counselling, as it gives you added confidence, verbal proficiency, additional knowledge and insights when needed. At first, bring in Higher Self a few minutes before the speaking engagement, in private surroundings. In time, you will feel Higher Self merge with you almost instantly, when needed.

Higher Self can also be merged with and worked with on an artistic level. Painters, writers and musicians often unconsciously link into Higher Self, when engaged in artistic endeavors. You can begin to use this consciously, by protecting yourself before attempting your painting or musical composition and linking with Higher Self and ask that your artistic abilities be increased. When you are finished, remember to ground yourself.

You can become more like your Higher Self and gradually become him/her. How? By remembering how Higher Self felt, spoke and behaved with you. Begin to act like Higher Self.

Become more unconditionally loving to everyone. Be kind and be wise. Behave like a Master and you will become a Master!

Chapter Thirteen

Hecate and Death

"Heaven is a reward for a life well lived!"

All Hecates should have the mature wisdom within them, to understand that Death is a natural process that should not be frightening or deeply resented. It is not an ending, but the continuance of life in another form.

Many people believe that they have a ‘soul’ or ‘spirit’, somewhere deep inside them, part of their personality make up, just as they have a body and brain. This ‘soul’ stirs occasionally, when you hear beautiful music, listen to inspiring words, see a newborn baby smile or fall in love. But, otherwise it is fairly redundant.

Nothing could be further from the truth! You are the Soul. You are the spirit. Because you’ve chosen to experience life in the physical form of a human being, you’ve entered into this covering of flesh and bones, but that it all it is - a covering.

When you go and buy a new overcoat, you don’t become the overcoat. You remain a person wearing an overcoat. When you incarnate into a new baby’s body at birth, you live your life within the growing human body to help you fulfil certain tasks, but you are not the body! Similarly, when the old coat is worn out, you discard it, but the human body still lives on. When the human body is worn out at death, you discard it, but, the soul, your true spirit, continues to live on.
