Introduction

This ebook is especially written for boys and men who in the 21^st century have entered a time of great social change. A time of equality and self growth, that in combination with the feminine power of all females on the planet, will ensure that miraculous changes occur to all humanity and life on Gaia. Our aim is not to promote superiority or dominance in males, but rather to show all men and boys that they are the vanguard of a new type of male who can be spiritual, psychic and compassionate while retaining their innate masculinity and special male perspectives. And that their special yang energy is a positive and essential element in nature and in the Divine Plan.

We have written this special e-book to help all men and boys understand that they are very special unique beings who are living on Earth at this time, for a very special purpose and that their masculinity and male power should be fully celebrated! Please join us in this extraordinary mission!

In this ebook we shall be using certain terms that may need some initial explanation. Firstly please note that this book is written for both heterosexual men and homosexual men. Spirit sees no difference, we are all angels in human form. However, as it would be too difficult to write this knowledge from both viewpoints when talking about partners, she/he etc. we instead ask you to mentally substitute the appropriate pronoun.

 Chapter One

CELEBRATING THE MALE!

So many intelligent caring men have in the past, had to conceal their softer yin (feminine) side to live up to the peculiar masculine standards of the day. In the 1950's many men would not be seen carrying a bunch of flowers, pushing a baby pram or helping with the housework. The derision of other males was a frightening deterrent to many men of that era.

They were following the pattern of males for over 10,000 years who had believed that women were inferior, negative and unclean and therefore to show any feminine traits, such as compassion or sensitivity, was to be like the subordinate female. Men were admired for being brutal, uncompassionate, hard and insensitive. Warriors were praised and sensitive artists and priests, only tolerated by society.

In the late 1940's to 1950's the lightworker males (who had been born after World War 2) came onto the planet. They incarnated with a new agenda for males - to bring radical changes to the feminine/masculine roles, promote peace and social change, partly as preparation for the coming of their own children in the late 1960's to the 1980's - the Starseeds. These light worker males were often the hippies of the sixties and seventies, the reformers, peace demonstrators and pro feminists. They are to be praised for their efforts in stepping out of the mould of thousands of years of male patterning. We shall explore their role and social changes in a later chapter.

In the late 1960's a new type of male incarnated on to the planet, now known as the Starseeds. Then from 1980's onward the crystal/indigo/love children have incarnated upon the planet to again make great social and spiritual changes. Shall we now examine their particular roles ..

 It is time for the males of the planet to speak their truth, act as angelic beings and bring new unconditionally loving changes to the people of earth!

Chapter Two

THE STARSEEDS

 Who are the Starseeds?

Creativity and spirituality go hand in hand on these higher planets and they live as much as possible, from unconditional love, tolerance, higher intent and peace. These young people often display characteristics very different to older generations.

Here are some of the typical characteristics of a Starseed or Pleiadian, they are:

1. A relaxed and easy going personality.

2. Strong environmental beliefs.

3. A strong interest in high tech gadgets.

4. Well developed personal psychic and spiritual gifts, including, clairvoyance (the ability to see spirit), clairaudience (the ability to hear spirit), ESP and Telepathy etc.

5. Lack of personal stamina. (You feel tired easily.)

6. Poor organisational skills. (Schedules don’t appeal!)

7. A dislike of meat, artificial ingredients, man made fibres and highly processed foods. (You like the natural approach to life.)

8. A keen interest in the New Age movement.

9. A dislike of cruelty to other people and animals.

10. A natural tendency to suffer from stress related illnesses, such as headaches and muscle tension.

11. A dislike of time keeping and you have poor punctuality skills. (You’re always running late for appointments!)

12. A very keen interest in highly creative activities, such as music, art, painting, drawing, sculpture and writing.

13. A natural dislike of structure and repetition within Your life.

14. The ability to easily accept new technology that makes life easier and more interesting for yourself, e.g. mobile telephones, computers and the Internet.

15. A dislike of conventional work and standard work practices, e.g. jobs with little variation and lack of personal self expression.

16. A lack of interest in money and a carefree attitude towards how You spend, what You have.

17. A dislike of wars.

18. You naturally respect the opposite gender/sex.

19. A tendency to drift towards illegal drugs, alcohol, tobacco and other forms of stimuli.

20. You treat your partner as an equal. This is particularly true within personal relationships and close friendships.

21. A tendency to develop bouts of depression or other forms of mental illnesses, including schizophrenia.

22. You easily forget important calendar dates, such as family and friends birthdays, mother and fathers day, anniversaries etc.

23. You don't distinguish greatly, between gender roles. (He’ll change the baby and let her put out the garbage!)

24. You have little interest and attachment to personal possessions and physical items.

25. You have powerful and highly active, major, secondary and minor chakras throughout the physical body. This is especially true with the orange pelvis, green heart and purple brow/third eye chakras.

26. You may have a high susceptibility to eating disorders, including anorexia and bulimia.

27. You like to barter or exchange items with other Starseeds, keeping cash transactions to a minimum.

28. When You are stressed, You tend to pass your personal responsibilities onto other people. This can include parents, partner, friends, an employer or landlord.

29. You strongly value personal freedom and dislike following a conformist lifestyle.

30. You give dress, etiquette and social skills, a low priority. (You like to dress and act in a casual manner).

31. You readily accept the fact that U.F.O’s, E.T’s (extra terrestrials), Angels, Ascended Masters and a Universal Creator or God exists.

32. You tend to easily feel "hard done by" by life and other people, when you don't get what you want. (You like to have Your personal needs met quickly).

33. You have a highly sensitive nature and are easily hurt by other’s criticism.

34. Even with issues and activities that You have a personal interested in, You normally, only have a limited amount of time, energy and enthusiasm for them. (You easily move onto other activities that interest You).

35. You feel a strong unity with all living life forms.

36. You may have a strong feelings that you have lived on Earth or other planets before!

37. You do not like to commit Yourself to standard social expectations, e.g. You easily move from one job/career choice to another, once it becomes routine and boring.

Typical physical Starseed characteristics include:

1. Large eyes,

2. Broad smile,

3. Soft facial features.

4. Physical height can either be slim and tall or short and lightly boned. Others however, are often rounded.

Many older people are perplexed at the attitude and life styles of the young starseeds, as they do not conform to society's expectations. They have a relaxed and unstructured role in society and do not often strive for material success or advocate war and intolerance. These young starseeds however, have incarnated for a completely different reason than their parents and grandparents. Material success and power is not their goal, but Unity and unconditional love is!

Young starseed men want peace, equality, tolerance and love in their lives. This is what they have experienced on their off world planets such as Alanna in the Pleiades. This is what they are used to and this is the gift they bring to the Earth culture. New Age male power and growth of the inner spirit, can assure that these goals are met.

Each young starseed male before incarnating to Earth, chooses voluntarily his gender, status in society (rich or poor), creative talents, psychic gifts, mother, father, sisters, brothers, friends etc all part of his soul group. He chooses the experiences that he will have in this lifetime, the adventures, the loves, the disappointments, the lessons and the pain. Note we emphasize that he picks his life highlights (good or bad), not someone else, no avenging God, no nasty spirits, just him!

He may choose to repay karma in this lifetime to those who have helped or harmed him in the past. Karma can be described as a reaction to an action. You hit someone, they hit you back, if not in this lifetime - in the next! Similarly, if you have helped someone in a past life, they have the opportunity to help you in this current lifetime.

You may also choose a Life Plan and World Plan for this incarnation. You all have two plans that you incarnate with, firmly implanted within you. One is to use the things that you are most talented to do, for your own life’s work. This is called your Life Plan. You may wish to be a teacher, a doctor, a carer, a counsellor, an astronaut, an artist, a musician or any other vocation that fulfills and inspires you.

The other, is your World Plan and this involves your contribution to help humanity. It may be the same or an offshoot of your life plan, such as a professional musician who gives free concerts for charities. Or it may be, that your professional work is as a plumber, but, you also love to sing, so you entertain the elderly for free, at the weekends. As you begin to do what you are truly meant to do, other opportunities will open up for you, to expand your gifts and talents.

To find out your true inner talents that will lead you to a fulfilling career and life style follow this simple exercise. Have paper and pen ready.

Sit down and meditate for ten minutes. If you have trouble relaxing just imagine a white feather in your mind. Relax all parts of your body, but don't lie down or you'll fall asleep!

Now begin to think objectively of who you are, your talents, gifts etc. What makes you special. Write down five things about you that are unique.

Now write down several jobs that would benefit from your special talents. Jobs that would make you gladly get out of bed in the morning and tackle with enthusiasm.

Choose the one that most appeals to you and state to the Universe - "Please send to me now, the opportunities to work at this job!" Imagine yourself succeeding in that vocation.

Now, don't just sit there, but also explore ways of trying out this new vocation, either as a volunteer, part time or amateur. If credentials are needed, enroll in a course. If you don't end up finding the perfect vocation for you. Try something similar.

Look for how Spirit has already attempted to nudge you. Look for the divine coincidences or synchronicity, that try to lead you gently, along a certain pathway in life. Look at the opportunities offered to you. Take chances, that irresistibly call to you, to fulfil your life’s dream. Deep in your heart, you know what makes you happy and fulfilled - find ways now, to achieve that in your life!

If these are the messages that you are receiving from your family and friends, we urge you to look further. We encourage you to look at your skills and talents and decide for yourself, where they will lead you. Everyone should be creating the life style - they want, not just following a pattern set by previous generations. Remember that you have approximately eighty years to live your life, why damage your potential by acting willfully and negatively in your youth. Stop, think, plan and act towards achieving your true Life Goals.

We have met so many young men who have destroyed so much life potential by getting their young girlfriend pregnant early or marrying or living with a female who is not on the same wave-length and stops their dreams abruptly. We realise that there is a strong biological and societal urge for young men to fall in love, marry and have children early in life, but if you are truly to use your angelic skills to help others and attain spiritual growth in your life, you need to take control and create a viable, exciting life for yourself now. You can always have children when you are older, with hopefully, your Twin Flame partner.

Chapter Three

THE LIGHT WORKERS

A Lightworker is a spiritually inspired person who has incarnated to Earth to bring spiritual awakening to Humanity. Through their special skills they are able to inspire others to seek out their own special paranormal abilities and follow a spiritual path. Anyone can be a Lightworker. Any age group, any sex, any race or religion.

Many Lightworkers chose to incarnate from the mid 1940’s onwards and are often called the Baby Boomers. They are now the parents of the Starseeds and the Grandparents of the Love Children. They chose Life plans which would enable them to take on the roles of parents, to encourage their Starseed children to develop their spiritual natures. They experienced the Hippy days of the 1970’s, free love and more radical thinking towards religion and community concepts. They were much more open, loving and lenient with their children and attempted to breakdown the stereotypes of male and female behaviour.

Women’s Liberation occurred during their youth and women gained more equal status in society with men. Racial integration and harmony has also occurred during their youth. Many Lightworkers incarnated spiritually to bring light to the planet, as nuclear threat and the cold war loomed menacingly over humanity.

The sighting of UFOs in the later part of the 1940’s (due to nuclear testing in the USA) and the threat that these aliens (The Greys) posed towards society, also encouraged the Lightworkers to incarnate at that time, to counteract this negative influence.

Many Lightworkers started the current New Age Movement. They broke away from traditional forms of religions and worship and began to explore their own psyches.

They have encouraged their own children to explore other religions and philosophies such as Buddhism, Hinduism, and other eastern concepts and have motivated self exploration in psychology, psychiatry and alternative counselling techniques.

Lightworkers have investigated and instigated new and ancient concepts and healing techniques such as reflexology, hypnosis, flower remedies, naturopathy, reiki etc. They have also been willing to open their minds up to controversial topics such as alien life, UFOs, nature kingdoms, other dimensions and angelic influences.

Many have led peace marches and protests and raised society’s consciousness towards these issues. They have developed a respect for mother nature and the animal kingdoms, developing organisations to promote these issues such as Green Peace. Lightworkers have developed a conscience towards those who live in Third World countries and refugees and actively promoted voluntary groups to aid these oppressed people.

Firstly, you need to realise that you are principally an angelic being with a human form attached, to make living in a third dimensional world possible, not a human being with a small soul, vaguely attached!

You are made up of four components – the physical, the mental, the emotional and the spiritual. Most people use three components every day. Their bodily activities, walking, eating, working, making love etc make up the physical aspect. Their thoughts, dreams and imagination make up the mental aspect, while their emotions travel the gamut from sadness to fear to happiness, daily.

Some people have a slightly awakened spiritual aspect to their lives. They celebrate Christmas and Easter or attend their synagogue, church or temple weekly or occasionally for weddings and funerals. However, they keep their religious or spiritual component in a small emotional box, to be brought out when needed, not as an integral part of their life.

Our spirituality should run over into all parts of our life and every minute of our life. Our spirituality should not be reserved for church meetings, but be part of our true nature.

Let us look first, at Self Responsibility. This means being accountable for one’s actions. Not blaming other people and outside forces such as fate or bad luck for what happens to you. Yes, certainly other’s actions can hurt and effect you for a short time, but eventually you can say "No longer!" and finish their power over you.

Once you realise that everything happens to propel you in a spiritual direction, even supposedly bad things, then you learn to voluntarily live your life from the highest intent. You no longer allow outside forces to overly affect you. You respect other people’s opinions and beliefs, but you now decide the direction your life will take, you take control of your life and accept what results from this!

Unconditional Love is an essential requirement for the Lightworker. Conditional love means - expecting a reward for the love that you give out, such as gratitude or love returned.

THE LOVE / INDIGO / CRYSTAL CHILDREN

Currently we have three types of young men on planet Earth. The first are those born from 1971 onwards, who are the Starseeds from the Pleiades. Many of them have had past lives on the Pleiades home worlds before incarnating to their current Earth life. They have come to Earth to soften conditions here, to end war and bring creativity and more spirituality, to the planet. Then we have the more outgoing Starseeds/Terrans, more active and social beings who have incarnated from many different and amazing constellations.

From the 1980’s the Love children also known as Crystal or Indigo Children began to be born onto the planet, again from the five planets listed above. They have very open third eye and crown chakras and therefore have a heightened ability to contact Spirit and use their psychic skills. Spirit says, "Although your children may have small bodies, they are old spirits using these bodies!"

 As the Whitney Houston song says," The children are our future!" How we treat them and how we act, as models for them, greatly influences their future behavior as adults. Children are very quick to notice the fact that Mum says one thing, but does another. Dad threatens and bellows, but is a softie underneath and rarely ekes out the punishment that he threatens. Many adults lie openly. And society generally promotes the acquiring of riches and power, over fairness, spiritual and unconditional loving traits.

Most children, when asked what they primarily want from their parents, would answer - "love, time and attention". But, these are the things that most parents today, in a busy 21st Century life, seem most reluctant to give. Yet, they only take time and thought and are all free!

Many well - meaning parents condition their children to accept gifts, expensive outings, media entertainment, holiday trips etc. rather than spend sufficient time, talking with and understanding them.

The Cat Stevens song of the 1960’s titled, " Cat’s in the Cradle", explores this theme, remarkably well. The father in this song, is busy with business, whenever his son wants him to see him play baseball or spend time together. Later as a teenager, the child has little time for the father when he wants to spend time together and as an adult with a family of his own, now has no time at all for his father who is retired and needs company. The father realises then, that his son has, "grown up just like him"! How many other parents, have made the same mistake?

Remember that, although your children may have small bodies, they are old spirits using these bodies. They may have had former incarnations, as very wise men and women. Also, as so often happens in family groups, it is possible that in a former incarnation, they were the parent and you were their child! You are just now, trying out a different version of an old theme. Treat them with respect for the soul that they are!

As spiritual parents, it is essential that we act as good role models for our children. Not just talk about spiritual truths, but live them! Here is a list of activities that parents can do with their children, that will enhance their relationship, while also promoting spiritual values in them both -

Gardening for pleasure. Why not give a part of the garden over to your children. Allow them to grow any vegetables, trees, fruits or flowers that they like. Tend it weekly together. Make it fun with plenty of laughter, share knowledge and tasty snacks and drinks.

Fun walks. Take a fun walk around your town. Visit the parks and look at unusual architecture, fountains, memorials etc. Even visit a graveyard or historical sites. End up with an ice cream at the local ice cream parlor. Let the children choose the route.

Visit museums, art galleries and planetariums. All usually low cost. Then visit a library for additional information on subjects which have sparked their interest, such as dinosaurs or the stars.

Picnics at daytime or nighttime can be fun - a chance for you to teach the children about nature and the stars. Perhaps show them the constellations, they may have originated from!

Family meetings in which all have an input, as to future holidays, outings etc are important. Allow your children equal voting rights.

Talk to your children about when you were a child and the insecurities, dreams etc that you may have had. Encourage them, to tell you their problems and express their dreams for the future.

Allow your children to be who they are. Do not force them to be the people, that you want them to be. Allow them to choose, interests, sports, future careers etc that they are interested in.

Movies and videos which have a spiritual theme and uplift you, can be shared by the whole family. e.g.. Field of Dreams, What Dreams may Come, Pay it Forward, The Day the Earth Stood Still, Ghost, Contact, Fairies. Later have a family discussion about the theme of the movie.

Teach them, in an interesting way about spiritual matters. They may surprise you, by easily understanding the concepts of karma, auras, off planet lives, reincarnation etc. I have found that three year olds often see auras, speak to angels and realise that a negative action is repaid by another negative action (karma).

Here are some commonly asked questions that we have received about children -

A. People have a tendency to believe that all children behave in the same manner and like the same things. But just like adults, they have individual likes, dislikes and differing philosophies of life. Your son may be a Love Child or Starseed, with a more enlightened attitude to life, than his playmates.

Encourage him to talk to you openly about his differing views and ideas. Don’t try to convert him to the way you or other children think. Allow him his own values and philosophy. However, if he is worried about his inability to be like the others, then discuss how his views and behavior differ from his peers. Don’t say one is right or wrong, just different. Show him, how the differences can complement each other or how the same likes can be shared. He doesn’t have to like everything that they do, but if he wants close friends, he needs to be able to understand the reason they do things differently and compromise a little. We encourage you to truly value such an unusual child!

A. Most parents want the best for their children physically, however do not always make sure that their emotional, mental and spiritual needs are equally catered to. Many financially poorer families, still have love, quality time, mental activities and spiritual times together, despite their lack of worldly goods. Believe me, no one ever spoke at their parent’s funeral service about, "The great bike he bought me when I was twelve!" But children do remember the love, support and time their parents spent with them and value it!

A. No matter what you say to your children for reassurance, it will be your actions that they most observe and interpret. It is no use telling them to be kind and caring to their father or mother and then treating your ex partner badly. Don’t "bad mouth" your ex partner and don’t behave vindictively towards him/her. Tell your children that the relationship between you and your partner has broken down, but it is not their fault, in any way. They can continue to have a good relationship with you both.

Tell them that you both will be happier, not living with each other. The relationship has now changed from love to friendship. If your financial situation has changed, let them know about it. They must learn to make changes in their life style as well. Acknowledge that you are all feeling pain, but explain to them that the pain will diminish in time. Allow them to express their misgivings and worries to you, not try to cope alone. Try to create new activities that you can do as a single parent family. If they are spiritually aware, tell them that the karma between you and your partner is finished and all the lessons have been learnt. It is now time for you both to start a new phase of your lives.

A. Explain to him that his Grandmother was old and sick in body and it was time for her soul to leave that old worn out body and return to her true home - heaven. There she is young and healthy and there she still thinks of him and loves him dearly. In time she will return to Earth in a new baby’s body to learn new lessons on Earth. Until then, she will keep a friendly eye on him, like a guardian angel.

If he feels her around him, it is okay for him to talk to her and be comforted by her presence. Friends I know, often take their young children outside at night and point to a bright star and say that it is Granddad twinkling down at them! Perhaps, you might like to do the same. Or you might like to show your son a bare-limbed tree in winter and explain that is like death and watch it become rejuvenated in spring with new foliage and flowers, "like Grandma". Tell him that death is not frightening or painful, but an exciting journey to a wondrous place.

A. Many Starseeds have this trait due to the differences between this dimension and Earth’s vibration (3D) and those of earlier incarnations (4D). Many are fearful of being here, as it seems so harsh and negative. Here are some helpful suggestions that Spirit has given us.

Use hematite gems for healing and elixirs. Initially keep the child away from electrical equipment and ley lines which may magnify the condition. Eliminate red meats from diet and increase carbohydrates for grounding effect. Communicate more with nature. Walk barefooted. Tire him out naturally with walks etc. Realise that this is a karmic condition from which all participants can learn great lessons. These children are often very psychic and spiritually aware. Don’t see this as a negative condition, but a special one. More explanation on our website under our Questions and Answer section.

It is very common for parents to believe that they have all the time in the world, in fact, a lifetime to influence their children and to spend quality time with them. When they are young adults, their careers and socializing, seem so much more important to them than minding children. They think that one day, they will give extra time to their children. However, you can never replace the lost years you spend away from your children. Your son or daughter will never be taking their first step or speaking their first words, again.

After a certain age, they will not want to spend much time in your company. Their friends become more attractive to them and peer pressure to conform like the others, take place. Therefore value the time you spend with them now!

If you are a Love Child born since 1980 you are a very special being who can help create unity on Earth. Your thoughts and actions are important. Like the Starseeds and Light workers, you have incarnated for a purpose, a Divine mission. Find it and begin to play it out. You will shape the future, in a wise and loving manner!

 Chapter Five

LOVE AND THE MODERN MALE

 The first man on Earth was traditionally Adam, who though living in the Garden of Paradise, eventually grew lonely and wanted a mate to share his happy existence.

There are many ancient and modern myths about the creation of the first females on Earth. Lilith was supposedly Adam's first companion and lover. Lilith would not be suppressed or dominated by Adam and even though she was beautiful and intelligent, he asked God to take her away and give him a more submissive wife.

Eve was created from Adam's rib as a submissive mate and companion. However, she was later blamed for the downfall of all humanity when she ate the forbidden fruit in the Garden of Eden. Myths and legends such as these have often caused disharmony between the two sexes.

In the East, there is the fable of the yin and yang. A circle divided into male and female aspects, once united, complementary and powerful.

When the circle was divided, yin and yang lost compatibility with one another and divided their power into less than half.

There is also the beautiful story of the first twin flames creation, where the yin and yang were united in one ball of light, then willfully separated, and have since spent centuries on a special love quest, trying to find their unique other half, as they are now so lonely and unfulfilled.

Romantic Breakups Why They Happen

Many heart broken lovers, through past life regression, Spirit Guide information and psychic knowledge, have come to realise, that this one tragic romantic affair, is part of a much larger, Life Plan. They were meant to come together, for either a long or short time, learn valuable life lessons from one another and then separate from each other, in order to allow a period of time alone, to analyse the affair and then find new love partners.

Their relationships were usually karmic, in that they had already experienced previous lifetimes together, in similar relationships, although the sexes and positions of dominance, may have changed dramatically. A powerful dominating male, may well find himself, a submissive, restricted female in the next lifetime. Just as a flirtatious female heart breaker, may find herself placed in the position of being a misused, betrayed male, in the next lifetime. The karmic scales of justice are always fair!

Relationship breakups also occur, for one other valuable, life lesson - to wake us up spiritually! While, we are contentedly dozing spiritually and in love, we usually fail to discover our true psychic selves or explore deep spiritual issues. The emotional shock of losing a loved one and having to be alone, often allows an individual the time and space, to finally develop their inner spiritual gifts and explore spiritual philosophies.

Some people use this "alone time" to do this and are usually well rewarded, by eventually finding a loving, compatible Soul Mate or Twin Flame, who is much more suitable than their previous partner. Others however, just wallow in their grief and disillusionment and jump head long into a new romance, with an equally unsuitable partner, who will one day repeat the established karmic pattern and leave them.

The important fact to remember, in all this, is - you asked for and planned these events before incarnating! They are part of your Life Plan. Both of you planned this, not just one. You realised that you would need a severe shock, to wake you up and you planned for it! It is not some conspiracy by some uncaring, cruel Universe, it is what you asked for! You were meant to meet your lost love for a short time, learn lessons from each other, repay positive karma and then move on. This is what you asked for, and this is what you got!

The person you love at twenty, for their good looks, pleasing personality and fun behaviour, is usually not your Twin Flame or a higher Soul Mate partner. They are just not developed enough, spiritually, mentally and emotionally, to be so. Of course, if they do grow spiritually and emotionally, at the same rate as you and you both encourage each other to be more divine, it is possible that they can become your Twin Flame. Lucky you! However, this is the exception rather than the norm. Most of us, will need to meet a series of lovers, while we are emotionally and spiritually developing ourselves, before the Soul Mate or Twin Flame partner comes in and a lasting relationship can be established.

We often think, that it is sad, that these things are not taught to young people, at school. If you were taught, when young, that you will meet a series of wonderful lovers, in your lifetime, who will teach you many valuable life lessons, share caring experiences with you and uplift each other, then with mutual respect, separate, but still remain good caring friends, how much more bearable and understandable life would be!

 *Note we are talking about Love here, not sex. If you are the kind of male who wants to experience many sexual partners, you are not yet ready for your Twin Flame. Perhaps when you've finished exploring this facet of your lower nature, you will be ready to find your higher Soul Mate.

Finding your Twin Flame

Each person strives to find the perfect partner, Higher Soul Mate or Twin Flame, yet most people end up with karmic connections from past incarnations with whom they are meant to find a peaceful and loving conclusion to their problems and conflicts. Most males choose their partners by assessing their beauty and availability, rather than their compatibility, similar goals and outlooks and spirituality. To find your Twin Flame partner, you need to change your outlook towards potential partners. This should be a mixture of heart, head and spiritual objectivity.

Here is what an Ascended Master, Joachim has to say on the subject. This channelling was received by The Abbotts in 2002.

May I suggest, dear friends, if you want to end this cycle of attraction, rejection and separation that is causing you so much pain and suffering, that you begin to give more effort to understanding why you attract in certain love partners, why they cease to be lovable and how to attract in a more compatible soul mate or Twin Flame?

A Twin Flame partner is meant to complement you on all levels. To bring you to your full potential, as you will with her. She is meant to work beside you and dream your dreams and with effort on both sides, bring them into action! She is not meant to be a Miss World, a sex kitten or trophy wife that slavishly obeys your every whim. She is instead an equal, a companion, a true partner. You will not meet her until you have raised your own spiritual level, for "like attracts like". You are unlikely to meet her in a bar or other worldly place, but more likely at a spiritual venue, meeting, seminar etc.

Most men will initially meet many soul mates to whom you have karmic connections to fulfill and play out, to forgive, create peace and respect, before you meet your Twin Flame partner.

For instance, Mark, a quiet, shy man of forty, was still alone and single, despite having met many single women. No one woman matched up to his expectations of being, young, beautiful, intelligent, wealthy and sexy. He wanted us to give him a Life Reading, to show him how to find his dream lover.

We asked Mark, to write a list of all the things that he most desired in a woman and then his own particular attributes. His potential lover's list was long and detailed, from colour of hair (blonde) to bank account figures (large), yet his own list of attributes was very short - steady, reliable, honest and faithful. He admitted that his bank account was very low, he was not very attractive physically and his job had little prospects. He had no exciting recreational interests and rarely travelled or tried new ventures. We asked him to describe someone who fitted this ideal of womanhood and he mentioned the name of a major movie star!

Although Mark assured us that he had met no one female who was compatible and women generally did not like him, we found after much discussion, that a few women had found him interesting. But because they did not live up to his ideal woman's physical perfection, he had not returned their interest. Under hypnosis, we asked Mark, why he felt his ideal woman should be rich, beautiful and famous and he answered, "That he deserved the best!"

He had obviously interpreted this inner command, to mean the best in a 3^rd Dimensional way, not in a higher way! We explained to Mark that humankind was now moving out of the 3^rd dimension and into the fourth. In this higher dimension, the beliefs of the past, also were changing. We asked him to describe his ideal 4^th dimensional woman and he replied, "Loving, self assured, kind and enlightened!" A long way from his 3D expectations!

We hypnotically regressed Mark to a lifetime, when he had been involved with a beautiful, famous woman and he remembered a lifetime in a French court, when he had a brief passionate affair with a charming princess. She had been vain and flighty and callously broke up the affair, when she had tired of him.

Then we regressed to him to another lifetime, when he had found a true soul mate relationship. He recalled being married to a rather homely, peasant girl called Katrina, and living in an obscure village in Italy. They had little money, but lots of love, enjoyed a full, rich family life and worked together to help others.

When he awoke, he was very confused. Mark accepted that he had been chasing the wrong types of women (a hang-up from his past life as a courtier, when he had been attracted to the rich, vain princess.) His true soul mate was a kind, caring, spiritual woman and her looks and bank account would not matter at all.

We encouraged him, to get to know many different types of women and enjoy them for their pleasant personalities and genuineness, rather than using his previous shallow criteria for ideal womanhood. We also reminded him tactfully, that "like attracts like" and it was not likely that a famous, rich, very beautiful woman would choose to be with someone so different as he and if they did, how long could it realistically last? We suggested that he now, begin to live a more interesting, adventurous life and that subsequently he should meet similar women.

For his next yearly holiday, he booked a white water rafting holiday in Thailand and thoroughly enjoyed the company of many pleasant, interesting women. He began to explore the city that he lived in, at weekends and do activities he normally rejected, such as helping out at charity drives etc. He found a religious philosophy that he agreed with and began his spiritual development.

Mark now found his mundane, dead end job trying and chose to study and begin a new profession that gave him much more satisfaction.

He began to attract more women to him and he began to date all those he found interesting and companionable, rather than rating them on their looks and finances.

The following year, he attended an American Indian Vision Quest with an enthusiastic and interesting group of people. Here he met Laura, a pleasant looking (but certainly not a beauty), but very caring woman who worked as a nurse in a Children's home. He was attracted to her initially for her kind heart and generous, understanding nature. He found that as he allowed himself to become attracted to this companionable woman, he began to find her "spiritually beautiful" and wondered why he had ever regarded her as plain!

He also discovered, one day when he was meditating, that he recognised spiritually that she was his peasant Italian wife, Katrina from his happy past life. They had found each other again! They are now married and living very contentedly.

 Like Mark, you can find your Twin Flame partner with some effort and faith. You can hurry the process and expect better results by following Spirit's simple suggestions!

Look for the inner angelic qualities of your potential partner, not just the outer look!

Look for appropriate places to meet her, where an angel would hang out!

Take time to get to know her and don't rush the romance!

Find someone who is very like you at your most highest - compassionate, unconditionally loving, tolerant etc like an angel should be!

Allow the Universe to bring her to you.

Say each day this affirmation, " Please Universe, bring my true Twin Flame partner to me NOW and let me recognise her!"

We are sure that one day you too, will have a Twin Flame relationship.

Chapter Six

FINDING YOUR SPIRITUAL MISSION

If we were to ask you to make one special wish for humanity - what would it be? Think clearly about this question. Imagine that some mystical genie has given you one, and only one wish to be granted. You are not allowed to use it for personal gain, but only to help the inhabitants of Earth. This also includes, animals, nature and minerals as well as humans. What would your single wish be? Think about it for several minutes and then write it down on a clean sheet of paper.

Jeremy a twenty year old nursing student, wished to end sickness in the world. He wanted to become a healer using traditional and alternate/spiritual methods.

By following some simple steps, Jeremy was able to achieve his goal of becoming a healer, in just two years. Briefly his wish page looked like this -

Then he wrote down the obvious solution -

Find cures and prevention of illnesses.

He wrote -

1. Finding healing methods to cure illnesses.

2. Educating people to better health.

He wrote -

1. Give his free time to healing people using alternate methods.

2. Join a group or school which teaches spiritual/alternate healing methods.

3. Try to bring alternate methods of healing into his workplace.

4. Lobby politicians and big business to help donate money to encourage alternate healing courses.

5. Start his own small healing group to help teach others about spiritual and alternate healing techniques.

6. Apply for a job which will bring him into direct contact with healing people or teach them a skill to enable them to improve their own health.

7. Pray for abundance of healing energy for these people.

1. Strong humanitarian traits - a love of people, commitment to helping others, good intentions, patience.

2. Average communication skills. Able to speak to small groups and write letters.

3. A belief in a higher power who can heal the sick.

4. Willingness to continue with his nursing course in order to achieve his goals.

5. A willingness to join groups who work in this area.

6. A willingness to financially pay for any courses etc. he may need to do to gain appropriate qualifications that will help to achieve his aims.

7. He was willing to contribute at least 3 hours a day to achieve his wish.

 Then we asked Jeremy, what he most loved to do in life. He wrote -

1. Help people

2. Talk to people

3. Meet new people

4. Teach and heal

We then asked him what type of person he thought he was - mental, physical or emotional. He decided that he was mainly mental based.

Now that Jeremy knew what type of person he was -

We advised him to sit down and ask Spirit, the Godforce or the Universe to help him in his task. To help him find the right position for himself to achieve this task and to send general guidance and information to him, concerning his new direction in life. He meditated on this subject, fifteen minutes, every night for a week. This is what he prayed to the Universe -

" Universe, I have a need to end suffering through sickness on Earth. I wish to actively work towards this goal. Please direct me in the right way, where my talents may be appreciated and where I can do the most good. I wish to always work from the Highest Intent to end sickness and suffering."

Why not sit down and meditate now on your wish and ask the Godforce to help you achieve it! Just follow the same steps as Jeremy!

At the end of several weeks, Jeremy told us the following had occurred -

1. He put an advertisement in his local newspaper, asking for people to join a spiritual/alternate healing group.

2. He held his first group meeting last night and ten people attended at his home. They were all enthused to create a healing circle which could explore various healing techniques and try them out on volunteers.

3. He approached his nursing college and asked if a meditation group could be held in an unused room, for one hour, daily. He was given permission to do so.

4. He put up posters around the college announcing the meditation group’s daily activity. Twenty five people attended the first hour. They focussed their energies on imagining good health throughout the world.

5. He joined an alternate healing college to learn Spiritual healing and massage. He attended classes for six hours per week in his leisure time.

6. He meditated daily on the problems that occurred to stop his goals and found solutions to them.

7. He meditated daily on visualising an end to sickness and imagined all people in good health and prosperous.

After two years, Jeremy told us that he had finished his nursing studies, became expert at half a dozen alternate healing techniques and opened his own alternate healing practice. He was healing many people and empowering them with knowledge on how to create better health in their lives. Jeremy felt happy and motivated in his work. He had successfully combined his Life and World Plans!

You can do the same with your world wish!

Chapter Seven

DRUGS / ALCOHOL AND THE NEW AGE MALE

This amazing and compassionate channelling from Lord Sananda who is the higher self of Jesus Christ concerns a problem facing many starseeds - their addictive personalities.

Your addiction can be overcome, by deciding to replace it with a higher desire, that of finding your true purpose in life and divine mission. Some people may also need professional drug rehabilitation and counselling to help them overcome their addictions.

Narcotics Anonymous and Alcoholics Anonymous are organisations that can also help you to free yourself of unwanted obstacles to your spiritual growth. With some effort and faith you will soon be back on the road to higher aspirations. Remember to call upon your own angelic guides to help you at this time. You can succeed!

CONCLUSION

The males of this planet can make a difference. They can change the Earth into a loving, caring sphere of spiritual light. They can guide us up from the 3r^d Dimension into the 4^th and to the higher 5^th dimension of love and light. You can start now, by living every moment of every day, as an angelic, higher being.

By creating equality with women, choosing tolerance over bigotry, seeing everyone as a brother and sister and not an enemy, the social structures on Earth can be changed. No more wars, conflicts, famines, racism, sexism or ageism! This can be done easily in the next 50 years with a concerted effort from all males and females to creating a kinder, more peaceful, loving Earth.

You are an angel in human form, you can make it happen. Make it so!
