Fear: The Siren Call to Change

When most people think of fear, they conjure pictures of screaming women in slasher movies, horrible mindless villains, or heroes chased by zombies. But, for most of us, fear feels more like an insidious virus that our minds and emotions

create to stop us from moving forward.

Fear is the mind/ego's way of saying "I'm not going there! I like being right where I am. I'm familiar with my current state. If I plunk myself right down here, nothing can hurt me because I already know this territory. I'm not worthy

and if I stretch myself, I might get rejected."

Fear means you are not willing to venture into the unknown, not willing to take risk, not willing to accept and adjust to change. Fear is about ignoring imperatives to change, putting your head in the sand and expecting the problem to go away, allowing others to control your life because you may not have the courage or confidence to control your own. And fear always leaves your life

messy, miserable, and myopic (limited in scope.)

You may not actually be aware of the grip fear has over you. And even if

you are, you sometimes feel powerless to change because of past, tightly held

beliefs.

But fear can be your ally. If you feel it, it is a siren call to change!

When you bump up against fear, you know you are called to move forward,

be bolder, take a well-calculated risk, flow with the change imposed on you,

make the course correction you've been resisting, cross the seemingly impenetrable barrier, strike out on your own, act in your own self-interest, or reach for freedom!

So how can you move beyond it to something better when fear is at your

door?

1.. The flipside of fear is faith. If you are experiencing fear, then something

is pressing you to change. Where does that urgency for change originate-

in your heart, in your spirit, in the Universe? If it originates in the Universe,

your heart and your spirit are indeed pushing you forward. Let go

and trust. Allow your faith to spring forward. Ask if this change is in your

highest good. If the answer is "yes," then trust the Universe to allow the

benefits to unfold once you give up resisting and start moving forward. If

the pressure is mounting from outside-job loss, relationship breakup,

and so on-again ask if this is in your highest good? These conditions are

the Universe speaking to you in the dialect of "loving change and redirection."

Trust and go with the flow.

2.. Affirming "I am FEAR-LESS!" Whenever I get overwhelmed by fear, I

repeat this affirmation again and again. I repeat it with power as if I were

brandishing a wooden stake in order to ward off a vampire! My confidence

grows and the fear lessens as I remind myself that I have no reason to fear

because I am a fearless being with the Ultimate Support System!

3.. Get clear. If part of your fear is confusion about what steps to take or where

to head, spend time in silence asking questions. Reach out to someone else

who can coach you through the process of getting clear or put your options

in writing. These are just some of the ways you can get focused, so that

with clear intention you can begin loosening the grip of fear.

4.. What is the worst thing that could happen if you do move forward?

Usually you will have built up this fear into something greater than it could

possibly ever be in reality. When you really look at the worst thing that

could happen, it's usually not all that terrible. Then it's a simple realization

that moving forward easily outweighs your realistic worst-case scenario.

Voilà, paralysis unblocked!

5.. Bring it out into the light. The more you look at fear from an objective

standpoint, as if you were not in your body-bring it out, hold it to the

light, examine why it's making you crazy-the more power you have to

eradicate the fear of it you are harboring. Think of yourself as the sleuth

bringing the clues out into the open so you can solve the case.

6. Recalibrate your limiting beliefs and go for expansion. Look at the beliefs

that are causing you to hold onto your fear. What's real, what's not? Make

a list of these limiting concepts. Then list the opposite possibility-the expansionist and unlimited belief that you could be holding-the one that

would enable you to move forward with confidence and courage.

7.. Stop thinking about what you're giving up and start looking at what you

are potentially gaining.What's the upside? This is an easy one! Ultimately

moving toward your highest good will always have a greater potential upside

than staying where you are, or giving up what you currently have.

8.. Talk it out. Find a forward-thinking and positive friend, someone who is

used to stepping through fear, or perhaps a counselor or coach. Talk about

what you are feeling. Ask that person to tell you stories of how he or she

found success by moving beyond fear. Be inspired by other people's courageous

acts.

9.. Fear is just thoughts and emotions-those can be changed! Fear is just

something you created in your mind. It is not real. It is simply a virtual

prison that you can choose to make disappear by hitting the delete button!

10. Stop clinging and start living-embrace the unknown! Life is an exciting

e-ticket ride with everything you want if you will simply embrace the unknown.

But if you persist on clinging to the known, you'll never experience

it. Greet the unknown future with a warm welcome and magical things

start to happen.

11. Consciously create/visualize the outcome. Once you release fear and unwaveringly commit to change, you can help secure a positive future by

Consciously Creating it. Make sure you are operating in a high frequency,

create your visualization, postmark it to the Universe and then let it go

with a blessing of gratitude! Fear has a way of fading in the wake of action

and purpose.

The Sacred Book of Destiny:

Your Life Revealed

Imagine discovering a sacred text that reveals your life’s plan. How empowering it would be to read the record of divinity that discloses the order and purpose of your experiences, challenges and relationships? Such a book actually exists! It explains what may seem like random, chaotic, unrelated events, subject to the capricious winds of chance. The Book of Destiny, lost for untold generations, has once again been opened for all to see. It is meant only for those passionate enough to learn the true purpose and direction of their life.

While the existence of this highly revered book of life records from birth to death was confirmed back in 1893, it was only recently that the depth of this ancient knowledge has been unveiled. And like so many of life’s greatest secrets, it was cleverly hidden in plain sight for all to see—tucked away for safe keeping in a deck of ordinary playing cards. Who would ever guess that common Jacks, Queens, Kings and Aces mysteriously hold the most intimate secrets of our daily lives?

How ironic that this fabled book has been here all along, right in our hands playing games like poker and solitaire. No one knew the power that each little pack holds. Yet references about this "little book" of cards were made in the Bible. In Revelations it says, "And I went unto the angel, and said unto him, ‘Give me the Little Book.’ And he said unto me, ‘Take it, and eat it up; and it shall make thy belly bitter, but it shall be in thy mouth sweet as honey.’" I know personally that it is hard to digest this bitter-sweet truth, but the proof lies in the cards themselves and validity of the records of our lives contained within.

Let’s take a closer look at the cards and their true meanings. First there are 52 cards in the deck representing the 52 weeks in a year. The 12 court cards—the Jacks, Queens and Kings— represent the 12 months in a year. If you add the face value of each card together, which adds up to 364, then add the Joker (valued at 1¼), they add up to 365¼, the number of days in a year. The four suits—Hearts, Clubs, Diamonds, and Spades—represent the four seasons: Spring, Summer, Autumn and Winter. The 13 cards in each suit represent the 13 weeks in each season and the 13 lunar cycles in each year.

Each day of the year is represented by one of the 53 cards. For every birthday, there is a card, an archetype or personality, associated with it and a record for that life. Each record comes with a full spread of cards that reveals both the high and low sides of our personalities, our karmic relationships, and things we have chosen to work on in this lifetime from birth to death. Not only do they reveal our chosen destiny with astounding accuracy but also the precise workings of each day of our lives. It gives specific dates, events, what will happen, and with whom! When you learn about the cards of your life, a true revelation occurs—like looking in the mirror for the first time.

The esoteric science of the cards, which incorporates astrology and numerology, dates back to Atlantis. It is said they are the original Tarot Cards and were carved on ivory tablets and used exclusively in the temples by the priests. The oldest printed material available to us now is from Olney Richmond, a mathematician and astrologer, who published information about the cards in his first book, The Mystic Test Book. It was called that because everything inside could be tested for its validity.

Beyond self understanding, the cards reveal when you will fall in love, get married, make a lot of money, change careers, relocate, or if you are going to be in a partnership and with whom. In today's economy this invaluable knowledge will help you capitalize on the opportunities that are on the way. We are in the game called "Life" and all the cards have been dealt. 2009: Finding Perfection within the Chaos

Conflict and Chaos, Joy and Fear...Does the world seem unstable to you? Yet, even with the chaotic events in our economy and political scene, even with uncertain financial security, there is emerging an increased human capacity to cultivate true Peace. Let's explore!

First try this: take a deep breath right now and let it out with a loud audible sigh. Bring your hand to your heart and take another deep breath; relax further. In the present moment, right now, is peace. Even if your mind was racing, taking two or three conscious breaths will stabilize your emotions and open the doorway to inner peace.

But what about our world? The terror attacks and weak economic structures can be very unsettling. News reports are filled with fear. Yet these very situations are a call to sanity...a call to awaken to a deeper truth. The chaos in our world is actually an evolutionary sign!

Ready or not, the world is waking from an ancient dream. Consciousness is expanding beyond traditional beliefs and structures. Our notions of power, integrity and co-creation are all evolving. Our world is indeed in transition. Polarity and unrest are increasing and time is speeding up. Chaos is the norm, for this transition is shaking the energetic foundation of all beings. The crescendo of 2012 is fast upon us.

As our bodies are trying to integrate higher frequency energy, many people are reporting vision changes, interrupted sleep patterns and impatience with in-authenticity. We are experiencing a "Global wake-up call" and that call is to a higher form of integrity. We are at the time of great choice, the time to fully embrace our Authentic Soul energy.

To benefit from the chaos means that we must release our attachments to worldly expectations, traditional beliefs and many mental patterns. This initially feels de-stabilizing until you open more fully to the energy of your Core Essence (Soul). That opening is most easily cultivated by bringing your hand to your heart and breathing deeply. This simple practice will connect your consciousness to your Soul. Yes, you can indeed find your center in the face of turmoil!

How can we properly prepare for what we cannot even imagine?

Instead of focusing on the chaos of these times, instead of feeding the mind on uncertainty, let's use the chaos to remind us to claim our mastery! The outer world can never offer stability; however it can remind you to take your seeking inward! Then your Soul can better guide you. Each Being has all the wisdom they require, if they will but listen inwardly through their own heart centers. This listening cultivates self-trust and empowers Authenticity. This inner path is compatible with all spiritual beliefs and offers true blessings.

As we listen inwardly our guidance becomes ever more clear. As the mind lets the soul lead the way, new revelations and understandings come forward.

Everyone is feeling the energetic shift that is happening globally. The chaos and fear around us can flip to hope and denial and then back again! This outer chaos will likely escalate over the coming year. Yet, within this intensity many are aligning with their core essence for the first time; a great celebration!

Your core essence offers you the ability to feel things you have not ever felt before. You will touch things you have not ever touched before. How you break free and navigate these core feelings will be influenced by your habitual reactionary system. That is, to navigate these energies you must release the habit of the habit of pain-based beliefs!

The energy of these times will provoke inner healing for those who are ready to awaken. The opportunity is before us all to claim our authentic empowerment. The chaos of transformation is affecting all beings on this planet and many will notice shifts in their pets or other animals as well.

Remember there is nothing you can do to shift others. You cannot navigate for others! Each must find their own way and as you navigate authentically, your Presence will inspire Authenticity in others. It is that simple! Navigating the chaos is not difficult; it simply requires presence and self-trust.

How and where is your future to go? Are you open to trusting your inner wisdom? Then this year, instead of reading another self-help book or seeking advice from a so-called expert, why not journal for guidance?

Try this, bring your hand to your heart, breathe deeply and relax. Then pick up a pen and write across the top of the page: "What do I need to know at this time?" Relax your mind and jot down messages from your inner wisdom. Let the writing flow....just free-associate and from a semi-alert state of mind; write without judgment. Later, you can read what was written. Then as you interpret what was written, a deeper understanding will come forward.

You can also call forth your core essence each morning by declaring Thank You upon arising. The energy of gratitude will dissolve chaos into clarity. Start the day in thanks for it is truly a wondrous time to be alive. Enjoy the transformation!

Spiritual Breakthrough

The spiritual journey is riddled with the lure of false prophets and deceptive practices. Where does a true seeker go to reconnect with divine purpose?

Belief, especially when cloaked in the mantle of faith, may be a source of solace and hope for many, but I consider it the lowest form of processing information. My beef with belief is that people deeply invested in a belief system typically become so averse to shifting their point of view, that what they see never changes. And they think this is good – a sign that they’ve latched onto truth. But have they? As best-selling author Robert J. Ringer ("Action: Nothing Happens until Something Moves") observes, "People say they love truth, but in reality they want to believe that that which they love is true."

To my way of thinking, if I go to sleep believing something and wake up in the morning with the same belief, it’s a sure sign that I’m stuck.

At a relatively early age, to the dismay of family and friends, I strayed off the beaten path of cultural belief, setting forth on a journey of self-discovery that continues to this very day. The key to being on such a journey is to visit a belief only long enough to be touched by it and then move on. Believing nothing creates space for what is called in Zen "beginner’s mind"—seeing, touching, tasting, and experiencing everything as if for the very first time. I often say: "Yesterday, I thought I knew something, but for the life of me, I can’t seem to remember what it was."

My metaphysical quest has taken me through many traditions and physically several times around the world, seeking initiations available at the power vortexes that dot our fragile planet. I have visited shrines and temples, traveled to sacred forests and lakes, meditated in caves and on mountaintops, spoken to trees, and studied with shamans, healers, and extraordinary teachers on six continents. I am, in every sense of the word, a spiritual junkie in search of the ultimate cosmic orgasm. What a trip! Each morning, the old me fades away, and a new me arises to greet a welcoming sun it has never seen before.

A few days ago I spent several days at a truly singular energy center. I’d liken it to other sacred sites I have visited over the years, except for one thing: it is more. The source of power at places like Mt. Shasta, Uluru (Ayers Rock in Australia), Sedona, Glastonbury Tor, Chartres, and Jerusalem is rooted in the past: The Paradise Sanctuary, occupying a modest acre and a half just outside the town of Ashland, Oregon, is a portal into the present. Reverend Lawrence Katz, steward of this sacred land, has spent twenty-five years preparing the site for its current role as an energetic vortex to help earthbound beings adjust to the quickening frequencies of the Shift – the impending transition into the next dimensional paradigm.

A sanctuary is love in physical form. It is a holy of holies, a safe haven for the beleaguered, and a place for spiritual transition. My wife, Arianne, and I were sitting in the sanctuary garden when Lawrence mentioned a crystal skull he had received a year earlier. During the ensuing months, the nearly opaque material had become virtually transparent. What is considered a scientific impossibility he explained with poetic simplicity: "Give anything sanctuary and it will automatically rise to its highest divine potential."

I gazed out to the trees and ferns that form a living temple on this land, sheltering crystals, statues, and other sacred pieces of art and realized I was looking at a living testimony to his words. Surrounded by llamas, doves, dogs, and other animals both domestic and wild, I breathed in a moment of perfect peace. My reverie was interrupted by Lawrence’s intense gaze. "You need some work," he said. "Are you up to it?"

His meaning was clear. However far we may have traveled on our path, at each moment we are again caterpillars in a chrysalis, awaiting the next change into a higher vibration. Given the free will allotted to each human, we can elect to stay in the warmth and apparent security of our earthly identity, or risk everything and break free. Lawrence was asking if I was ready to die and be reborn yet again.

We arranged a session for the following day so I had time to tidy up loose ends and make peace with my old me. "The work," as Lawrence calls it, is done on an altar table in a shrine room filled with geometric shapes, copper windings, amplifying crystals, and sacred artifacts. In true shamanic tradition, he invokes ancient chants, tonings, and vibrational sounds played on an array of indigenous instruments. In truth, there was nothing gentle about the process. Using breathing techniques as instructed by Lawrence, I was able to open my body and heart/mind to receive the amplified vibrations he invoked and be realigned with the potential of the new moment.

This is not a process to be undertaken lightly. Death rarely is. However, for those who find themselves temporarily trapped in a spiritual cul de sac and are committed to emerging from the chrysalis of yesterday’s beliefs and taking the next step into the eternal mystery, I can commend no finer process. Having recently crawled as a caterpillar and then flown as a butterfly, I have to say that it’s good to be free to fly again.

God's Communion

In the depths of my soul I cried, "God! God! God!"

I want nothing but you, beloved Creator of all

Help me attune to your infinite wisdom

and dissolve my ego, mind and human consciousness

Help me understand that all abundance comes from you

and all is sensory illusion, and that you are present in all things

You are the father and I’m the child

You are the master and I’m the servant

You are the creator and I’m the created

You are the musician and I’m the instrument

Let me appreciate you in the beauty of nature, a smile and the love of an innocent child

Let me experience your omnipresence so that I can worship you in every form

Let me reciprocate your love for me and manifest the Kingdom of Heaven on Earth

Let thy will be done!

Should we not attune with your will, why do we live?

Should we not live according to your laws, why do we even breathe?

Should we not appreciate that true romance is with you, why do we worship the human form?

Merciful God! Help me dissolve into your cosmic consciousness through deep meditation.

Help me see through the laws of this universe

Help me see through the lies of form and duality

Help me see that in the absence of lies, lies truth

Help me see what lies behind and before me is nothing compared to what lies within me

Merciful God, I can live no longer without your grace

Grace me with air when I’m drowning

Grace me with the wisdom to go within, so I will not leave without

For how can the essence from a source of joy be unhappy?

For how can the essence from a source of peace be restless?

Children of the Light

As I sit upon the earth so young and new

Staring up at the sky so cloudless and blue

Iam reminded of the magical place I came from

And how so fragile and scared I had become

So young am I

All the wonders all around me are magical

To me some of these new things are comical

I often laugh during my dreamstate

All the magic,wonders,and fullfillment I create

As I fly high in the sky

I interact with many heavenly beings

As I smile and laugh during my dreams

I have a guardian angel who leads my way

My constant companion by my side he always stays

He loves and cares for me

It's so strange with how the adults act

Fighting and killing over this and that

But I was sent here to show them the light

That there are better ways to solve problems than fight

And to set them free

Children of the light Iam one of those

How well things turn out only God knows

But I'll do my best and teach the best I can

I'll share and teach my light to all man

You can be sure of that

I've been told that Iam wise for one so young

My wisedom comes from the Father and the Son

You may think Iam gifted but aren't we all

Adults are gifted too,you don't need a crystal ball

To see heavenly beings and chitchat

If you all used our gifts wisely I wouldn't be needed

But you don't so here we come as the wise ones decreed

We are the children of the light

And we will put up a fight

DEATH IS NOT FINAL

Death is merely a stage in our lives, a transition to a beautiful place of rest and recuperation, our true Home, before incarnating back to Earth for experience and lessons to enhance our spiritual growth. It should not be a feared process, but a natural one that lets us move smoothly from one world to another. Your loved ones are not "lost" to you, but rather they exist just outside our visual and auditory range.

Here is a poem I wrote recently to explain this phenomena -

LIFE HAS MANY STAGES

Life has many stages and all of them do not take place within the earthly realm,

What comes before birth, comes to us after death, this is natural and right

A changing of solid matter into the higher form of light

The human into angel, the dross into gold

A change from simple matter into light that does unfold.

And all our earthly senses, we thought so very fine,

Become a greater substance that belongs to the divine

We see the inner sparkle of the smallest drop of dew

We hear the growing flowers and sense the dawn begin anew

So never fear that everything is lost or turned to dust,

It's merely changed to ecstasy, to joy and loving trust.

Angel

I ambled slowly on my way just thinking what a lovely day

I passed a brook, a shallow stream, bordered by flowers it looked a dream

It had a bridge over which to pass, surrounded with long stems of grass

Wild flowers danced amongst the green, as I feasted on this handsome scene

I slowly walked across the bridge and sat down on a grassy ridge

As I looked amongst the trees I suddenly felt a soft warm breeze

It touched my face, my hair my eyes, and then much to my surprise

I saw an angel standing there with big blue eyes and hair so fair

He wore a gown of glowing white his being surrounded by a light

He looked at me and my heart raced, I knew not which way to face

His eyes looked into mine and then, before I knew it yet again

Gone in a flash no more was seen, he left me in a wondrous dream

Great wisdom in that moment came never more to feel the same

My spirit full, my head so light, I walked away with such delight

His presence gone but ever near, he had left me with no fear

My life now changed for ever more by the colours that he wore

You come into this world
Unaware of who you are

From Earth the Pleiades star system is seen in the constellation of Taurus. It is commonly known as the Seven Sisters.

Life on the Pleiades is gentle, easy going and extremely creative. In terms of spiritual evolution, the Pleiades are considered to be a high 5th and 6th dimensional constellation. Earth is currently on a 3rd going into lower 4th dimension.

Children are encouraged to stay within the confines of the home or apartment and computers and electronic games are a common form of solo entertainment. The modern child is more sophisticated and wealthy, but, her imaginative world is less developed.

Unfortunately, even the most imaginative person, soon discovered, that society did not encourage this trait, as they matured into adulthood. Unless, the person was fortunate enough, to obtain a job in a creative type profession, such as a writer, artist or musician, their imaginative processes were soon discouraged. It was now time to grow up, take on life’ s responsibilities and grow old gracefully! Escape was possible, by reading books, watching television or films, but, long term imaginative escapes were thoroughly discouraged. Imagination was seen as a childhood trait not an adult asset.

Yet, imagination has always been one of the greatest tools of humankind. Without it, inventions could not be conceived and developed. Unless, one can imagine a thing, how can it be built or designed? Fifty years ago, space travel was looked upon, as fiction. Yet, a few dreamers believed that it was possible for humans, to travel in space and walk upon the moon. Research of all types, medical and scientific, all begin with the imagination of the researcher. behavior, that they started in a past life. For instance, six lifetimes ago, you may

have fought in battle and badly injured a soul who is now your cousin Mandy. You

have known Mandy all your life, but she has always been cold to you. As a child

she refused to play with you and as an adult, seldom speaks to you at family

gatherings. She does you no actual harm, and is normally a warm hearted person,

but her subconscious mind is reminding her that you harmed her in a past life and

may do it again!

Rather than retaliate by wounding you physically, she avoids you. As you become

more spiritually developed, you begin to subtly remember this past life, when

you injured her. You have two choices - either try to make up for your past

misdeed, by being extra pleasant and helpful to Mandy or by sending her love and asking for forgiveness, via prayer and meditation.

Also, it is necessary that you ask the Universe that any outstanding karma between you both, be dissolved for all time. You may find in time, that Mandy will gradually begin to treat you with more warmth and affection, although she may not know the reason why!"

Deja vu can be described as the paranormal experience of feeling that you are currently

You may have walked these roads in a past life in a different century. The cathedral you visit in the twenty first century may have been built by you in the fourteenth! No wonder it feels familiar.

Sometimes an illustration in a book or a scene from a movie may make your skin tingle.

Movies such as Rapa Nui concerning the people of Easter island or Polynesian photographs may make you feel as if you've seen the view before or experienced the incident pre life.

This deja vu feeling is a nudge from the Universe to make you more aware of your past

lives. Do not ignore these tweaks from the past, but instead explore them in your next past life recall exercise."

CHAKRA BALANCING

Learn to Balance your chakras and create good health!

"When a chakra is blocked or damaged from emotional, mental or

physical interference, sickness can develop over a period of time, in that

corresponding part of the body. This is sometimes observed in

meditation as a gray area around the chakra or a deformed chakra

outline e.g. a coldness and deformity in the heart chakra (located at the

centre of your chest area) may represent Emotional loss, such as divorce

from a partner, which may result in physical heart disease in middle or

old age, if not dealt with appropriately, when younger.

Often we meet cancer patients who have experienced a great loss or

disaster in their lives and later this manifests as cancer in a particular

region of the body, in which the pain of the loss has been stored!

When someone injures you, whether it is done physically (by striking

you), emotionally (by hurting your feelings) or mentally (by frightening

you) cracks, breaks, shrinkage or deformity can occur in the chakras.

Some of this damage may even be carried over from past life incidents,

such as being speared by an enemy through the solar plexus chakra, in

battle and result in stomach ulcers in this current life!"

AWAKENING THE ANGEL WITHIN

Everyone has an angel within them just waiting to come out and use it's special powers!

"Let us begin with a simple meditation to state our goals to the Universe.

Meditation is a conscious state of relaxation in which the mind is disengaged

from it's usual worries and thoughts, the physical body becomes relaxed and

the emotions are uplifted. During this meditative state the person can

experience thoughts and sensations beyond their normal range of being.

We suggest that you create an atmosphere of calmness for each of your Class

Lessons by making sure you will not be disturbed by telephone calls or

visitors. (Put up a do not disturb sign on your front door and put on the

telephone answering machine); children and pets are catered for away from

your meditation area. Candles, incense, subdued lighting, warm and pleasant

surroundings will all add to the relaxed but attentive mood.

It is always sensible to protect yourself spiritually and psychically by

imagining yourself in a gold auric egg of divine light before meditating.

Exercise One

Stating Your Goal Meditation

Close your eyes and breathe three deep breaths. Relax.

Begin to slowly relax your head.

If a muscle feels tight, tighten it further, then relax it.

Begin to slowly relax your neck.

Begin to slowly relax your shoulders.

Begin to slowly relax your chest. Breathe slower and lighter.

Begin to slowly relax your back.

If a muscle feels tight, tighten it further, then relax it.

Begin to slowly relax your upper arms.

Begin to slowly relax your elbows.

Begin to slowly relax your hands and fingers.

Begin to slowly relax your stomach and lower back.

If a muscle feels tight, tighten it further, then relax it.

Begin to slowly relax your thighs and pelvis.

Begin to slowly relax your upper legs.

Begin to slowly relax your knees and lower legs.

Begin to slowly relax your feet and toes.

Now allow all the stored energy in your body to drain out from your fingers and

toes into space.

Visualise it as a green energized light.

Relax.

Still your mind.

Now state to the Universe (God, Spirit, your Deity) that, " I wish to make contact

with my true angelic self in the near future!" Relax. Maintain this calmness for

ten minutes.

Then -

Begin to slowly tighten your head.

Begin to slowly tighten your neck.

Begin to slowly tighten your shoulders.

Begin to slowly tighten your chest.

Begin to slowly tighten your back.

Begin to slowly tighten your upper arms.

Begin to slowly tighten your elbows.

Begin to slowly tighten your hands and fingers.

Begin to slowly tighten your stomach and lower back.

Begin to slowly tighten your thighs and pelvis.

Begin to slowly tighten your upper legs.

Begin to tighten your knees and lower legs.

Begin to tighten your feet and toes.

Take three deep breaths and open your eyes.

Do not get up quickly! Or you may feel dizzy.

Practice this exercise daily for one week until you become easily relaxed and feel that the Universe has accepted your request.
