Nothing in the Universe is bad or negative, rather it is your attitude to and how you use the energy of money or power. For higher reasons and good or for purely selfish, greedy motives?

WOMEN TODAY

Q. I have noticed since the sixties that women are becoming more powerful in their statements. Why is this so?

It is the rising again of the Yin power on Earth. Again for all Light workers to be truly powerful in their being and their Light, in their work, they need to be balanced in their being. In the past, the female has over the last ten thousand years, particularly become submissive, quiet and spiritual and intuitive. Part of the union of two, but has not had great power. It has been part of the make up of the Light workers, coming in since the 1940’s, that the women, coming from higher dimensions, have brought in a stronger yang element, that is they are balanced in their yin and yang. They are attempting to create a perfect whole, if you like, of yin and yang balanced.

 Now many of the men of your society, are no longer fearful of being perceived as showing the feminine attributes. So, again they are balancing their yang with the yin. So you will find over your planet a great balancing of men and women’s abilities, strengths etc. But first of all, women need to come out of that submissive role, into being powerful, into making powerful statements and taking action as Light Workers.

When you look at any of the groups of Light Workers, as you do here tonight, you see there are very few men represented, because men still see it as a threat to their masculinity, to express the yin, the intuitive, the feminine, the loving side of their personality. Yet this will increase.

So we give great honour to those males that step out and take this leap! But, to the women who have always been intuitive, always been allowed to be loving etc. it is easy for them to bring the yin in, but they also need to bring the yang in. They need to put their beliefs, their Light, into action! And this is what females are beginning to do now. It brings great honour to your planet.

HOW TO HANDLE POWER

Q. I have a dread of using my psychic powers in the wrong way. Can you give some guidance on this?

Greetings dear friends, this is your old friend, Joachim.

I would come to talk as friend to friend tonight, about an issue that may soon be presented to you and that is one of Power. As your spiritual gifts come in and as you are on the pathway to Mastery, power becomes an important issue. How do you handle the power that you are given?

You may think, at this stage, that you would easily handle it and always use it for the Highest, but I tell you, each one of you here, in many past lives, have had to deal with this issue and not always very successfully, dear friends. Imagine if you would, please, that you are up there on the Higher astral layers, perhaps what you call Heaven, and you say to the Great Spirit, "Let me come down, this time (incarnation), perhaps as a king, or a high priest and I will use all the power that I will have, to aid humanity!"

But what happens, dear friends, is that you are born, perhaps into a high royal family, or perhaps into a long lineage of priests and of course, you have the amnesiac veil come over you when you are born, so that you forget your high intent, your good promises. And the conditioning around you of the courtiers, who tell you how wonderful you are, how powerful you are, soon makes you into a dictator, a despot, someone who imposes their will on everyone around them.

This is very easy to do, for on this Earth is not the ego so rampant continually and do you not still fight it yourselves, at times? So imagine if you were given the power, the complete power, absolute power of a dictator and yet, you had not the compassion and wisdom to use it, how you would eventually abuse this power!

So dear friends, that are born of humble birth, most of you here, be thankful that you were born of humble birth, so that it is one less karmic debt, that you will be imposing upon yourself. And you can always rise as Masters, as your compassion and love comes in, as your wisdom comes in, rather than start at the top and use it, misuse it so pitifully!

Now, dear friends, there are three aspects of power, that I would talk about. One is control. Normally when you talk about power, you say "power over someone", "power over a situation", but this is not how a Master uses power. He does not control other beings. He works with other beings. And this is an important distinction. If you are trying to do good for someone, please, do it at their level. Please help them, walk with them, hold their hand, listen to their problems and work with them. It is very easy as a Master, to say "This is the way to go, this is the thing to do. I tell you, to do this from a Higher aspect, because I am more wise than you are, I am more knowledgeable, I have more power!" But this is not the way that Masters work.

When Jesus walked out amongst the people, there in ancient times, he did not impose his will upon them. He told them parables. He showed them by example. This is what a Master does. So please, never control another being. I know you have the expression on Earth at this time, "band-aid solution" and do be careful with this, that you don't always give the quick solution to a problem, that only helps for the present, but does not consider the long-term effect.

If you saw a poor person and gave them a cheque, as you would say, for $1 million, certainly that would help them immediately, but if the person did not have the wisdom of how to spend that money wisely, you could come back a few weeks later, a few months later and find that person's life more chaotic, than before they were given the abundance! Do you understand? Everything must be given wisely, whether it is money, or whether it is information.

Another aspect of Power, dear friends, is that of Judgment. Once you become powerful in yourself, as a Master, as you see the Higher realms you are going to, the Higher Spirits that you're contacting, it is very easy to criticise and be judgmental of those that are lesser than you, in your eyes. Remember no one is lesser than you! Perhaps a little less knowledgeable in the realms that you are now going into, but if you begin to criticise and be judgmental of them, you separate yourselves, friends, from them and when separation occurs, you are not truly then linking in a spiritual way.

And please, never criticise others for their morals, or their ethics, the way they live and act and speak, for everyone, as you know, comes from different planetary sources, from different conditioning in their youth, from many different incarnations and you are not here to criticise, or judge others. Send them loving compassion and this will overcome any judgment that you feel towards them.

And the third aspect that I would speak of, is that of Avoidance. I am sure that you all feel that if you were given great powers, you would use them willingly. But many people when they are offered these great powers, actually avoid them. They say, "No, give them to someone wiser, someone more sensible, some one more stable." But, dear friends, when these powers are given to you, please do not send them away, please do not say, "I am not good enough to use them!"

Imagine, dear friends, if someone that you saw as being similar to you, were given a magic wand for a day and with that magic wand, they could stop all pain and suffering and disease and malnutrition and stop all wars on the Earth, and yet they said, "I am not good enough, to wave the magic wand. I am not strong enough, to wave the magic wand." And because of their inaction, none of these wrongs were righted. How disappointed with them, you would be! So, dear friends, you are all brave enough, strong enough. When these powers come in, use them responsibly for yourself and for humanity, otherwise indeed, you will be neglecting your own spiritual growth.

Dear friends, whether it is avoidance, judgment, or control, if you use unconditional love in your thoughts and actions, if you use compassion in your thoughts and actions, then the Powers given to you, will be greatly invested for a wiser good.

POVERTY AND SPIRITUALITY

Q. You may ask me, how can a person who lives in poverty be spiritual, when their life is so harsh?

A. Each person chooses before birth, a life plan that contains many lessons, such as who will they have as parents, where will they live, how wealthy will they be, what gender will they be, this time around.

Because you are all so brave and confident on the higher realms (Heaven) you often choose to have great challenges in life presented to you. Some of these challenges concern finances, freedom restrictions, power restrictions or gender problems. This is not to suggest that if you are a poor, uneducated woman in a Third World or struggling country that you should just "accept your lot!" No! The challenge you have set for yourself is to now find a compassionate, higher way of getting out of that situation, into one which is fulfilling on all levels.

Believe me you have all chosen solutions to your dilemmas, whether those problems be poverty or lack of power. But you will have to sit down and seriously make a long term plan, to escape from your situation with dignity and power.

If you are a powerless person, one of the first things you can seriously plan is - not to marry early and have matrimonial restrictions and responsibilities placed on you. In the same way, you can plan to not have children, until you are financially stable and self fulfilled in your life. You have only a certain limit of energy to expend on your project, don't fritter it away!

You can also apply yourself to study to gain qualifications, save what little money you have for the future and explore every avenue open to you, to raise yourself economically and create self motivation in your life. Find others who have similar aims and use their positivity to project you forward! But, remember, this is something only you can do, no-one else can do this for you.

Too many people dream of riches, power etc. but don't work towards this or are unwilling to give up other things for this aim. Now, I am not saying that financial security or power are the best things in life. Your spirituality, is my major concern, your connection with Spirit, your soul's growth. So I would like to stress that all progress on these issues of poverty and self fulfillment, must be made by compassionate, caring, kind, honest, and highest intent. To make financial security through negative means, such as selfishness, crime or lack of morals, is not the way and in fact may cause you greater pain!

Ask Spirit to help you make a well rounded life. One where your soul is joyously alive, your body healthy, your mind well balanced and your emotions stable. Tell your angelic guides, just what you want to happen in your life - be specific - vague comments such as "be happy", "have more" etc aren't good enough, plan!

Now begin actively working towards creating the lifestyle you want! Be determined, be aware and I promise, if you do this with good intent, you will be helped! Your life truly, is in your own hands. You can choose a poor spirited, financially insecure life or a life full of interest, choices, emotional and spiritual wealth and financial security - just do it, NOW! Spirit does care!

And hopefully, as you make a success of your own life in a loving, honest, self empowered manner, you will be an inspiration for others to do the same!

USING PSYCHIC POWER WISELY

Blessings to All of you. This is Mother Mary speaking. The energies that are touching you, on the Earth at this time are increasing the personal power within. These energies are sent from the Divine Father/Mother to you all. They are energies to be used for good and not to be misused.

In the past, psychic power has often been used in a destructive manner. For those, that were powerful on your Earth, used this power to manipulate and enslave other humans. Power destroyed these people and destroyed those, on which it was turned. But the power I am speaking of, is not the power that was used then. It is the power to Be that resides in All of you.

We can not let you use this power for evil and so at this time, we are releasing many blockages that are within your body, within your mind, within your soul pattern. For most of those people, in the past, that have used personal psychic power, have used it from guilt, from anger, from greed and from fear. But we want you to use this power from love and from compassion. We wish you to use this power, to help your fellow human beings and to help the planet.

It does not mean that you have to be feeble, submissive or weak! Let this power ride through your body and mind and soul. And let it allow you, to do great works upon this Earth. You are all living under the misunderstanding, that you are humans experiencing spirituality. In fact, you are all spirits experiencing humanity! You have forgotten the wondrous powers that you once had. But these are now being reborn within you.

It is a time to regain that power, but power to be used for the highest - as it comes from the Highest. All of you have a mission on this Earth. Not a mission to gain materially - wealth, power, enslave others, to come famous, NO! Your mission is to raise the level of humanity's spiritual understanding. To create a life force that connects with each person, upon the Earth. To have people become attuned to the Highest of their very own being, and in doing so, become attuned to God, Spirit, the Creator, once more.

This can be done in a joyous manner, this can be done in a loving manner. By bringing up this power to help others, you also raise around you, wonderful vibrations, that will draw to you, the greatest and wondrous of the gifts of the Earth. You will live in plenty, in health, in love and abundance, created around you. But do not use this power, to only achieve these ends, instead use the power for the highest of all.

As you find a great connection with your Spiritual Guides around you, as you feel a greater connection with human kind, (so that you even observe those you consider the lowest, to still be part of the whole of humanity), as you see that there is a great connection to the animal kingdom upon your Earth, as you see Light and Love in all things, so this power grows! Use this power wisely, with thought, with wonder and with joy. I leave you now. Blessings on you all, for you are all Lightworkers in the Divine Cause. MASTER OF YOUR OWN LIFE

Blessings to you children of Earth, I am Kwan Yin, known to you as the Chinese Goddess of compassion, mercy and healing.

Many of you here are living valuable lives, but perhaps you feel that you could do more. Many of you feel that you are born for a purpose and perhaps you have not achieved that purpose yet. Some of you know of the myths of your different culture, of the great heroes that did great things - your Argonauts, your Hercules and Esther - those that have striven to do more with their lives and to do God's will as they saw it. I would tell you of a person of your planet that perhaps you have heard of, called Diogenes who lived in ancient Greece and was a great philosopher and was also a very beautiful man.

He had both beauty and brains and kindness of heart and many of the philosophers of that time argued about what was mankind - the meaning of man. Was he just an animal, or did he have a spiritual nature as well? And Aristotle the philosopher, who I am sure you have heard of, said at that time "that mankind was merely an animal that stood on two legs and was naked." And so Diogenes went out and searched for an animal that would fit this description and he found a peacock and plucked it of all of its feathers and presented it standing on its two legs naked to Aristotle and said: "Here is your human being!" But of course, it was not; it was just an animal, although all animals are united to mankind in that they have the life force within them. They are all part of the Creator's will.

Diogenes believed in self responsibility and I am sure that those of you here who know of your spiritual ethics, know that that is one of the prime principles - that of self responsibility. He believed in it so much that no matter what happened to him in his life, he made sure that he was the master of his life. At one time he was standing by a stream and three slave traders saw him and were quite taken by his beauty. They decided to kidnap him and to sell him on the slave market.

But when he overheard them, he took it into his own mind that he was the master of the situation and so he presented himself to them and said: "Rather than be a slave, I will be sold as a master. I will go willingly with you to the slave market. It will be an interesting experience to be sold!" And so he led them to the slave market. He was master of the situation. He placed himself upon the block that the slaves stood on and he presented himself to the crowd and told them of his abilities. And he said, "I will be sold as a master, but not as a slave!"

And he was sold to the ruler of that kingdom who was there with his wife, the queen. And the queen was quite taken with the beauty and the brilliance of Diogenes and begged her husband to buy him. But Diogenes said to him, "I will come to you as a master, but not as a slave!" And so he was sold and the king took him away. But the king said, "You must remember you are a slave, not a master!" But Diogenes said to him: "Already I am the master of your wife's heart" and she had to agree that this was so.

The king then saw indeed, that to have a master around is not always a wondrous thing to have. It can in fact be a liability rather than a blessing and so he asked Diogenes to leave the castle. In all things, he was master of the situation and I say to you here, take mastery of your lives, take self-responsibility!

The bad things that happen to you, are not God's curses. Sometimes they may be karmic interference, but again, you have taken on the role of dealing with that karma. The good things that happen to you, are not just the blessings of fate - they are the things that you manifest in your own mind and own heart. Be master of your life. If you wish to create myths about your life, do so. If you wish to have a wonderful life doing work for Spirit, increasing your own Light!

Begin to write your own myth today. Sit down and write what you want out of life and visualise yourself being a hero or a heroine and achieving those aims. See yourself as being a brilliant master of this life and believe in it and that is what you will attain! The power and benevolence of the Universe is there for you to use!

I will leave you now, my friends. It is always good to speak to you. Know that whatever you are doing in your life, if it feels right, if it feels that you are in service of Spirit, if it feels that you are achieving your own enlightenment, then know that you are on the right path. If things are negative and grey and unhappy in your life, look to yourself. It is not Spirit that is blocking you, it is yourself! Spirit only wishes to contact you and help you.

Open up your hearts and your own joy and bliss within your life and make yourselves masters of this life, for you all have the ability within you to do so. Blessings to you all, dear children.
